"I made reservations to stay at this hotel, and paid in full, over 2 months in advance. When I arrived at the hotel at 3:30 pm to check in and drop off our bags, they did not have our reservation. I had paper copies, and emails, showing that we had in fact reserved a room. "Amazing location, we dined looking out towards the castle. Room was faultless. Big comfy bed, shower, jacuzzi bath. Food was perfect, great selection and staff were amazing"

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Hirsch. The room was clean, comfortable, and full of character. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Breakfast was exceptional, with an impressive selection of fresh, high-quality foods. I arrived several hours before check-in, and the hotel graciously allowed me to park while I explored the area. They also provided a complimentary public transportation pass, which made it easy to catch nearby Bus 78 to Hohenschwangau and Neuschwanstein castles. The combination of outstanding service, thoughtful amenities, and convenient location made for a wonderful stay. I would gladly stay at Hotel Hirsch again without hesitation."

"Rooms were clean and comfortable. AC was working well. Friendly staff. Buffet breakfast was amazing. Location perfect. Cons: very little luggage storage. Used an IT closet. No elevators so a bit of a challenge being on the top floor with large suitcases and elderly parents. Would stay here again"

Villa Fantasia Budget Boutique Hotel

"Jennifer, our host was amazing helpful. We didn’t have an option to come near check in time as we had to catch the only train going to Fussen from Munich early in the morning. Jennifer helped store our luggage and checked us in an hour earlier than normal check in time. She also went out of her way to hand deliver the Fussen Passes the next morning since those were overlooked during check in time. The room and hotel were tastefully decorated and very clean, so clean that I didn’t even feel the need to sanitize all of the room surfaces which I have done since COVID in every hotel room we’ve ever rented. We knew that they did not have laundering facilities, but It would be so helpful if they looked into installing a washer/dryer on site for future customers. They did have an iron downstairs but it was available during times that we had activities booked so we were unable to use it. The staff were super friendly, hard working and available during limited hours. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would consider staying in a larger room next time. It was close to attractions and train and bus stations. Thanks Villa Fantasia staff, especially, Jennifer!"
