This is a lovely clean hotel within walking distance of the harbour area where there are shops and restaurants. The staff are friendly and efficient.

Nice place to stay, modern hotel rooms, comfortable beds, powerful showers. Nice pool view from balcony. Easy access to Corralejo. Very clean and towels changed 3 times per week. Breakfast was average, lacks choice of hot food but was worth getting up for. Sun bed reserving an issue. Witnessed guests putting towels out before 8am. Sending emails and messages via social media etc won’t stop the practice - simply remove them or lock the beds up until a reasonable time of day,

Excellent stay
Our suite had everything we wanted and was very clean and comfortable. Snacks at poolside bar for lunch were handy and we thoroughly enjoyed our short stay

Loved the room, (suite), very spacious, jacuzzi was a bonus. The room had 2 balconies so sun all day. Staff very welcoming and obliging on check in. Clean towels every day. Lovely pool area. Will def stay again soon

Would definitely stay here again, very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was at a good price although some of the options could have been better, especially the hot Breakfast choice. Coffee machines also were not in use on one occasion. Building kept clean, also a decent pool and a good price for my room 👌

I liked the hotel position which is close to Corralejo center, the room furniture and appearance. I didn't like the lack of air conditioning, the breakfast variety and quality, the general cleanliness.

Great property - let down by reception
The property was lovely. Very clean and modern. However check in took a long time. We waited over 45 mins to be seen and then another 20 mins for check in only to be told we could not get access to our room until after 4pm which seems very late. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice and Covid precautions in place. Would go again

Für den Preis ok, mehr aber auch nicht.
Schönes und renoviertes Zimmer mit nettem kleinen Balkon! Da hört es aber auch schon auf... Geht gar nicht: Beim Checkin werden die Kreditkartendaten auf einen Zettel geschrieben, mit Ablaufdatum. Missbrauch ist hier vorprogrammiert. Zudem: Espressomaschine wird beworben - die ist auch da, aber keine einzige Kapsel. Rezeption dazu: „Können Sie vielleicht im Supermarkt kaufen.“ Das angekündigte Wasser im Zimmer wäre nett gewesen, auch nicht vorhanden. Macht nichts, aber wie beim Espresso schlechter Eindruck wegen minimalem Gegenwert. WLAN schwach bzw. funktioniert überhaupt nur manchmal.

Vielen Dank fuer dein Feedback. Wir freuen uns, dass dir dein Zimmer gut gefallen hat. Als Garantie fuer das Zimmer muss jeder Gast eine Kredit oder Bankkarte angeben. Wer keine hat kann gegebenenfalls auch 60€ in bar hinterlegen. Es tut uns leid wenn dir dies nicht sicher vorkommt. Wir koennen dir garantieren, dass es seit der Oeffnung vom Hotel noch nie zu einem Missbrauch dieser Daten gekommen ist und sie sicher verschlossen an der Rezeption aufbewahrt werden bis zur Abreise des Gastes. Danach werden sie ordnungsgemaess zerstoert. Durch strikte Anticovid Massnahmen hat die Direktion beschlossen eine Zeit lang keine Amenities bei Anreise in die Zimmer zu tun, dazu gehoeren die Kaffekapseln. Seit kurzem haben wir aber begonnen desinfizierte Glasflaschen auf jedem Zimmer bereit zu stellen die kostenlos im Hotel wieder mit Wasser aufgefuellt werden koennen. Auch haben wir unser Wifi Netzwerk verbessert nachdem es Ende des Jahres zu Problemen gekommen war. Falls du uns nochmal eine Chance gibst wuerden wir uns freuen dich wieder begruessen zu duerfen. Wonderful Stay
Really great stay at this hotel. The rooms are very modern and clean and also come with a small balcony to sit on which was lovely. The only downside to the rooms are that there is no air conditioning just a ceiling fan, so in the height of summer I think the rooms would become particularly hot and stuffy. The location of the hotel is really quiet which makes for a very restful stay! All bars and restaurants are really close too only about a 10 minute walk away and the same with the beach! The staff were very friendly at check in and always said hello to you as you walked by the desk, would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Corralejo!

Lovely place. Really friendly staff, Lovely clean rooms (with beds to the liking of my sports physio girlfriend!). The breakast is cheap and great. Surf outfit on site. Pool is clean well mainstained. The cafe/bar is reasonable with some nice simple food options. Recommended

Simple bad located hotel with basic services
Breakfast: okis (nothing fancy) and plentiful, but only open until 10,30 Rooms: good but older than in the photos. There's no heating so don't go in winter, I was cold every night. Cleaning: towels changed 3 a week, sheets only 1. No cleaning service every day Location: not in a good part of Corralejo, you'd rather be near the beaches. Not very safe at night. Good side is there's a huge car park nearby. Overall: basic hotel with basic services in a not very good location of the city

Good location, relatively easily accessible from town (around a 15-20min walk to the main strip of restaurants and shops). Great amenities, and pleasant food and beverage options - although not the widest selection if you are vegetarian.

Relaxing visit, will return!
Lovely clean comfortable quiet sea view room. Shower was great. Pool area very spacious and clean! Short walk to shop and main restaurants. Staff very helpful and friendly. We had breakfast which had plenty of choice and available 8am-10.30am Would definitely visit again. We travelled as a couple but suitable for everyone.

Great hotel with the best surf school. Stayed for 10 days and really enjoyed my stay. Perfect location, good sized rooms, helpful staff and very clean.

The hotel was great- had a welcoming friendly atmosphere and laidback style. The pool area was best with giant spray-paint art on the walls, and teepee’s/open shaded huts to relax in. (As well as countless sun loungers for sunbathing). The staff were all extremely helpful and the location was just a few minutes walk to the town along the harbour. Will be back again

Enjoyed the mix of ages and nationalities of the guests. Loved that there was no fight for sunbeds and the breakfast is excellent. Would have liked more choice of food and drinks at the bar.

This was definitely one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in. The rooms were fabulous and clean. The breakfast buffet was really nice! The swimming pool was so clean always and it was a bonus that it was heated. In a good location too, the strip is only a 15 min walk and five min walk to the beach.
