A great stay
A great location with lovely views of the sea when eating outside on the sunny balcony.A lovely and well kept apartment in a secure complex with a clean pool area. For those wanting to eat out, the many eateries are within walking distance as is the lovely beach. Looking to book again next year 😀

Once again we had an wonderful holiday at this duplex apartment
Once again thank you for a wonderful stay. Location is fabulous and is close to all amenities. Promenade is directly over the road where a lovely stroll leads to the marina. We went on a great two hour dolphin and whale watching trip, cost was 45 euros pp, very enjoyable and well worth it. The apartment is clean and extremely comfortable with everything you need, a real home from home. Loved spending time on the balcony looking out to sea, very relaxing. Unfortunately could not book again for September as it was booked for the dates we wanted but we will definitely return. Thank you for a great stay. John and Dawn

Excellent Apartment
Had an amazing holiday in this fantastic modern, clean and well equipped apartment. The upstairs sea view balcony was a great bonus and just lovely to sit and chill out watching the views. Downstairs patio was great for early morning breakfast. The complex was well kept, clean and had plenty of sunbeds with a very friendly community. Location was perfect with the sea literally on the doorstep for lovely coastal walks with marina and beach a short walk away. Plenty of bars and restuarants within walking distance. Our first visit to Caleta de Fuste and will definitely be returning to this excellent apartment.

Excellent accommodation and location
Had a great 9 day stay at Castillo Mar. Richard’s duplex is modern, clean and in a great location only metres from the sea front and resort centre. Check in was quick and easy and host was very accommodating with arrival times etc. would definitely recommend and we will be back !

Great property
Lovely clean well kept property. Upstairs balcony was lovely with comfy seats and a lovely sea view. Complex itself is well kept, key card access so feels safe, great pool area and really friendly lttle community. Couldnt ask for a better location, walking distance to lots of bars, restaurants and shops not to mention the beautifully sea front promanade which is steps away. Would definitely return.

Fantastic place to stay
Just returned from a 2 week stay on 25/10/23 The duplex is absolutely wonderful, a real home from home. Very clean and comfortable and everything is provided for a self catering holiday. Property is positioned in a really flat location and has a beautiful sea view from the bedroom balcony which has comfy furniture provided to relax in the sunshine with a G&T. Lovely sunny terrace downstairs as well with table and chairs. The bedroom is spacious and has extremely comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. The shower room is modern and has an excellent powerful shower. There are lots of bars close by for a drink and something to eat. We were visiting our Son and family who live there and had lovely long strolls along the prom in which we started 50 metres over the walkway facing the apartment ,which took us to the lovely marina and all around the bay and further. Went on a boat trip and visited the Zoo with our Granddaughters. Even had a very entertaining round of mini golf, lots of laughter had by all. The duplex is a really lovely place to stay and is credit to the owners Richard and Noreen and many thanks to Jodie and Alistair too. Cannot wait to return in March 24 John&Dawn

Fabulous apartment
Lovely apartment, very modern in a great location. View from balcony was lovely overlooking the sea. Would definitely recommend and can't wait to go back. Lot's of bars and restaurants nearby. Everything you need is right on your doorstep no need for a car.

Fantastic Duplex
In a good location.Plenty of shops, restaurants and bars within 5-10 minutes walk, beach is 5 minutes away. The duplex is in a very nice quiet area with a great view of the sea from the balcony, and with gated entrances it’s very safe and secure.

A lovely home from home stay:
We had a lovely week in this modern duplex home, the last week in March, and the weather was lovely. It was very clean and had everything you needed for a holiday stay, The beds were super comfortable and we had a lovely view of the sea from the balcony, on a quiet road. A Very nice bathroom with a super shower and many towels. Huge tv in the lounge, which was great for an evening in. The complex was clean and tidy with many sun beds and the long term holiday makers and residents were super friendly. We enjoyed our stay here and would holiday here again. Many thanks. Solo self catering holiday
Just returned from a wonderful week staying at this beautiful apartment which I can’t wait to return to. I’d rate it 10 stars if possible. Apart from the safe&convenient location, the apartment is modern, exceptionally clean& boasts a lovely kitchen, shower room& a magnificent sea view from the bedroom veranda. Absolutely perfect. Lovely modern apartment in a great location and fantastic sea views. Chris and sue were great and informative when we met them at the property, very friendly. Wi-Fi and tv worked well with Netflix, aircon in the bedroom which worked very well. Pool area was nice and quiet very clean and lots of sun beds to choose from. An absolute gem
A wonderful apartment which has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The apartment was spotless and checking in was very easy.( thank you Chris and Sue) The beds are so comfortable and the balcony was great for an evening drink and a game of cards. The beach is a 10 min walk away and there are plenty of restaurants and bars within a 15 min walk. Ideally located if you did not want to hire a car. Would defiantly stay again and communication with the owner was brilliant.

From booking to leaving the whole experience was great. Excellent apartment with everything you need for an enjoyable stay, Chris & Sue were great and showed us how everything worked in the apartment. As we have been to the apartment block before we knew how most things worked anyway. Having the air con in the bedroom was a godsend made sleeping so much easier in very comfy beds. Would thoroughly recommend the apartment and would not hesitate to go back again. Was good to be back in Caletta after three years due to Covid etc. forgotten how lovely it was, already planning the next visit :)

Fantastic location. Great view of the sea from the balcony. Cupboards stocked with a few essentials (salt pepper oil and a few herbs and spices) Under the sink cleaning products. Also a hoover and brushes. Washing machine very useful. The air con unit in the bedroom was a welcome addition. Wi fi was fast as long as you’re down stairs. Smart TV very good. Would recommend and would love to stay again.

This little flat has everything you would need for a self catering holiday. Very well equipped. Great location to all the bars and restaurants but still quiet enough to get a good sleep. Well equipped, clean and modern apartment near to the sea. Plenty of shops, restaurants and the beach within a short walk. Lovely terrace with sofas off the bedroom providing a great view. Very comfortable beds and a lovely modern bathroom. Communication with owner prior to travelling was great with very swift replies. Wow! What a fantastic place to stay. Amazing views, close to all the amenities and spotlessly clean. It really does have everything you need for an enjoyable holiday. We were met by Chris and Sue who were really helpful and on hand if ever you needed them. The pool area is large, sunny and very well maintained. Das Objekt war fehlerbehaftet. Das Hauptproblem, welches uns zum vorzeitigen Ausziehen nach 2 Nächten bewegt hat, waren stark knarzende und unbequeme Betten, die einen gewohnten Schlaf unmöglich machten. Das Objekt liegt in einer absolut touristischen Gegend, mit einer großen Anzahl identischer Gebäude in Reihe und ist mit Mauerwerk mit Sichtschutz umgeben. Zugang auf das Gelände erfolgt über Codekarte. Zwischen Meer und Gebäude liegt eine stark befahrene Straße und eine weitere Häuserzeile (mit Hotels genau gegenüber), wodurch der Meerblick sehr spärlich, exakt so wie auf beigefügtem Foto ausfällt. Ergänzend muss man sich an den Fluglärm und die tägliche Leerung der Flaschencontainer gegen 5 Uhr morgens genau gegenüber gewöhnen. Da trotz Videobeweisen an die Agentur keine Einigung in der Bewertung der Konsequenz aus den Mängeln (stark knarzende Betten, Kochfeld ohne Funktion, Schlafzimmerlicht zeitweise ohne Funktion, Tresor ohne Funktion) mit Agentur und Besitzer möglich war und wir auf eigene "Verantwortung" ausziehen wollten wird die Anmietung voraussichtlich ein juristisches Nachspiel haben. Spannend ist, dass der Besitzer Kopien von Pässen der Gäste einfordert, selbst aber anonym, bis auf den Vornamen, bleibt.

Thomas You will see from our reviews nothing is too much trouble for our guests. You were upset from the moment you arrived and realised you had booked the wrong area. You sent your first complaint at 10.30 pm the evening you arrived to say how you had been up all night due to a squeaky bed and your wife had to sleep in the car. (I think you sent that you meant to then send it in the morning as you had not had a night there at that point). You sent emojs to the girl that looks after the property with middle fingers sticking up, demanded to Jodie that I call you personally with regards to a refund. The mattresses were new Sept 2022 and very expensive. The Hob worked fine, someone had turned it off at the plug. We were unable to do anything to appease you in anyway shape or for form. The Guests both before you and immediately after you gave 5* reviews. Perhaps if you had just told us that you had made a mistake, we could have discussed it with you rather than you having everyone running around for fictitious problems. My details are clearly available, I have been with VRBO since 2009 and I have to ask for copies of your passports to register you with the police which we have to do by law, we never demand that’s not how we treat people. Finally, all of Caleta de Fuste is on the flight path not just my apartment :)
