The cleaning fee covers a final cleaning (after your checkout). ▶ Unregistered guests are not permitted. ▶ We are happy to accommodate small to medium-sized pets (20–80 lbs, 15–40 inches tall). This guideline helps us maintain cleanliness and protect the condition of the property. A non-refundable pet fee of $125 per pet per stay applies only if noted at booking. If not, we’ll request the fee manually. Pets outside the size range or undeclared may incur a $250 fine. 🔔Please be advised that this is a pet-friendly property. While we make every effort to thoroughly clean the space before each guest’s arrival, those with severe or sensitive allergies (pet or otherwise) should use discretion when booking.
