On the 2nd floor of a secure residence (no elevator), you'll enjoy unobstructed views of the harbor and a beautiful southwest exposure, ideal for spending evenings soaking up the Mediterranean sun on the 5 m² terrace. The apartment consists of three sleeping areas: • One bedroom with a double bed • One bedroom with a trundle bed • A sofa bed in the living room The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need: refrigerator with freezer, 2-burner stovetop, oven, washing machine, coffee pod machine, kettle, and toaster. The living room opens onto the terrace (with an electric griddle) and features a dining table with chairs, a sofa bed, and a television.
