We picked up some groceries in Brockville (about 15 minutes away) and spent a couple of days here. The place is as described and I had some good communication with Eric who was always happy to help out. You can only walk on the road exiting the park as the trailer park will not all access to any roads. Because of this my daughter and her boyfriend had to get a hotel for them to go to at night. Very disappointing as I was looking forward to spending the entire days together as a family the whole reason for booking this cottage.The hot tub was cloudy and when I messaged the host he simply said to shock it. Not owning a hot tub myself not sure how to do this. A day and a half searching online for help and trying a few different things we got it useable. Day 2 ran out of propane for the bbq so we got 1 dinner and 1 lunch of hot dogs on it.Laundry was left in the dryer I had to fold and put away. The cottage is surrounded with a trailor park so very little privacy. It was very disappointing I am a single mom and had to save to make this little vacation happen to be with all my kids together under one roof.
