The primary bedroom is very large with king bedroom and huge bathroom with tub and shower plus a small living room and TV. 2nd Bedroom has Queen Bed and own Full Bathroom. 3rd Bedroom has King Bed plus its own Full Bathroom. 4th bedroom is Queen Bedroom. 5th bedroom has 2 Full Size beds and 1 twin under. 6th Bedroom has 3 Full Size Beds and 1 twin. 7th Bedroom has 3 Full Size Beds and 2 Twins. There is 3 more Bathrooms, making it a total 5 Full Bathrooms and 1 Half Bathroom.

Very quiet and private home with couple of acres, the pool is private and the large creek is breath taking and all you can hear is water falls.
No parties inviting other people to house.

No unregistered and unpaid guests.

No pets in the pool or hot tub.

No Pets on the couches without a blanket.

There would be extras fees for extra cleaning and getting rid of smells for pets on couches, but we try to be reasonable. We need to make sure the house is clean for the next guest so if we need to do any major cleaning then we will need to charge an extra fee.

Only 2 people in the master bedroom bathroom hot tub, its not made to support more than 2 people.

No food or beverages in pool or hot tub.

No parking in the neighbors driveway on the on main road, we have two driveways and plenty of parking.

Any smells left over from dogs, cooking or anything else we I’ll need to charge extra cleaning fee. Please consider what you cook if you don’t want to pay higher cleaning fee. Strong smells that remain after you leave take more work to remove for the next guests. So we need to charge a fee for the extra cleaning. The more time it takes to clean the more it will be added regarding smells.

Pool Heating Info:
You are welcome to heat the pool as much as you'd like—even up to 90°—to ensure your comfort during your stay. Please note that pool heating runs on propane. Guests who wish to use this feature must set up a deposit and are responsible for the cost of the propane used at the current market rate. The deposit can range from $100 to $500 per day depending on the temperature outside and if you use the pool cover at night. If the pool heater is operated at 72 degrees and at night you use the pool cover the cost can be as low as $20 to $80 per day depending on the temperature outside, if guest turn it up to 104 degrees and leave the pool cover off and it’s very cold outside it could cost up $500 per day. Since we can’t control how the heater is used we put the responsibility on the gas usage on our guest to have the freedom to control temperature and turn off the gas heater too. A meter is located right next to the pool heater, so you can easily monitor usage during your stay. Pool opens from May 1 to Nov 1
