"The hotel was not open and left us without a room for the night. Then kept prompting us to review the hotel. Was supposed to get a night credit for the stay through another hotel, but it didn't happen "

"Not what we were expecting. The house had a very musty smell and the bathroom had an even worse mildew smell. We had to keep the bathroom door shut at all times because of the smell. The shade for the window in the shower was covered in mildew spots. The overhead lighting did not work in the living room. There was only one floor lamp that provided light in the living room. The only outlet in the bathroom did not work. The whole house just felt very unsanitary. We paid for two nights and left after the first night. "
