"The check-in information received by mail, no complications. The condition of apartment was certainly not supreme, as adveritised but acceptable for the duration of 2 nights. "The room was poorly cleaned on our first day with stained carpets. There was never anyone around at the pool/sauna desk and nobody could explain if the sauna was included or charged so we didn’t use it. Breakfast was reasonable with good choices. A lot of children staying here so better for families I think. I would say that despite being in the four star section, it was more like a three star. No minibar or room service menu. Pool was enjoyable although the hot tub was filled with children so...

"View from the living area is awesome, can see the snow - capped mountains while enjoying your morning coffee. The sauna is a wonderful surprise! Place is very close to Lake Jasna, a very underrated lake in our opinion. "
