Hotel is basically a subdivision with its own convenience store and multiple restaurants. Hotel is in prime location with nearby restaurants, shopping, entertainment and excursions that’s within walking distance. Room layout is more apartment than hotel. Cons: Concierge/activity staff were not helpful. They give you an envelope of useful excursions, hotel activities and information, but does not assist in booking. You have to do it yourself or find other alternatives as some activity brochure was out of date.

Starting from check in all the way to the end to check out, the staff was phenomenal! I wanted to shout out a staff member at the front desk, didn’t catch her name but her last day was May 31st and she excelled at customer service. Rooms were always cleaned by house keeping and front desk was accommodating to every request we had. The only thing which was odd was that we had to pay to use the gym, that should’ve been included with the stay but everything else was perfect!

Overall the resort is nice. Certain front desk staff quite rude, rest of staff wonderful. Beach is great. I want to say watch your drink at bars- cover it or take it with you when you leave. Breakfast is fresh.

Our host Nicky was an amazing help. She made my stay feel nothing but amazing, from communicating, to any help needed and made my stay feel like I’m at home. I’d definitely recommend staying here if you want to be away from where mostly everyone stays when they travel to St. Maarten. Besides that the view was amazing, the complimentary snacks and beautiful touches in the unit. I will definitely return here again when I come back to St Maarten
