What a delight to stay in this property in French Lick, Indiana! I booked a villa in order to invite family from across the nation to join me to view the Total Eclipse event. The facility was perfect for my needs and wants. I loved the roominess, the two balconies, the ample table/dining space, full kitchen, comfortable beds. Even a huge jacuzzi tub and dry sauna! I loved the location as it was quiet, and we were able to walk to all events. Once I parked my Jeep, I didn't start it again until our stay was over. I love the resort, the two historic hotels, and the trolley connecting them. Everyone was so friendly! I'll be back, definitely. I loved this place!

Nice condo in a great location. We went up for the 2024 eclipse. Comfortable beds and mostly clean. The decor is very dated, but has a lot of character. Be aware of the cleaning requirements and they will not allow a late checkout. You are required to strip the beds and put the linens and towels in the entryway, remove all garbage, and run the dishwasher. Nothing crazy there, but it was a little bit of a surprise on the bed linens. 10am checkout. The main bathroom is downstairs and both bedrooms are upstairs.

This place has a mid century 1970s vibe. I would never update it because it is so cool. It could use better hot water, but overall it was great for the price and location.

Had everything we needed, clean and comfy. 2 outlets didn’t work in kitchen, but we just used different ones, was not a problem, the employees offered to come fix it but we just said fix it after check out bc we had a busy schedule.

My wife and I believe these Condos are the best buy on the Internet. This weekend our friends joined us and we enjoyed watching the playoffs together. One game we watched as we enjoyed the fireplace in the living room. We walked over to the hotel casino and watched another game in the sports bar. It was a good weekend.

Nive condo though it felt musty when we first arrived and the tub had a slow drain. The living room and kitchen were well done and comfortable. The bedroom was tiny and the headboard was loose so whenever someone shifted it banged loudly. The deer that live around the condos were fun to watch and not very scared of people.

Don't expect to get more than 2 keys or park more than 2 cars. We had 6 people bc it sleeps 6 and only could have 2 keys and only 2 cars park near the room. Others had to park far away and we had to drive them to their cars daily. If it sleeps 6 then there should be at least 3-5 keys and parking. Check-in people were hateful! They also lost are paper work and did not call when the room was ready! They need to hae a better attitude.

The property was very clean and had amenities needed for our stay. Area was quiet and close to local attractions. It really needs to be updated and brought into the 2000’s. Our villa sat on a hillside so you had to walk down a long ramp or 2 flights of stairs which both proved to be a challenge for my 86 yo mother. Idk if there were some 2BR that would be more accessible but may want to ask if traveling with someone with mobility issues. Pool area was nice.

Property was spacious and had all the basics required for a stay. Owners should consider upgrading the mattresses or at least put toppers on the beds to make them somewhat comfortable to sleep on. The villa is located on the top of hill, so be prepared for a solid 10 minutes hike uphill.

The Villas were surprisingly clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, this unit was described as suitable for 4 people. It had a queen bed and a pull out sofa. The furniture and furnishings seem to be from the 80s and I think the sofa bed mattress was that old too. It had absolutely no cushioning/support. My 13 yr old wound up sleeping on the couch. Luckily there were only 3 of us or someone would’ve had to sleep on the hardwood floor. It was also frustrating to learn that our non-refundable 2 night stay was as expensive as a full week would’ve been on one of their premium weeks. Definitely way too expensive for what we got.

The fire place is nice. The whirlpool tub is nice (there is a dry sauna in the huge downstairs bathroom too). The refrigerator was initially pretty noisy. It took at least 8 hours for the frig too quiet down. The beds are comfortable. The master bedroom could use some darkening shades. I mentioned this to the office staff and this could not be corrected. The sidewalk security night light was shining light thru the closed shades. I went and slept in the smaller single bed in the other room because it was dark due to the proper darkening shades in place in that room. The power button on the Toshiba remote for the master bedroom TV did not work. All the the other buttons on the remote worked. I had to turn the TV on and off on the set. Sheets and pillows and blankets were clean and comfortable. There is a lot of space in this villa. There are 2 additional fold out beds on the couches (1 down stairs in the main living area and 1 in the upstairs living area). There were plenty of clean towels available. There were extra linens and pillows in the closets. There are plenty of glasses, plates and bowls and utensils in the kitchen. We were running late and called to check in (In person check in is 4:00 to 5:00pm). The process was smooth and we were given the security code to retrieve keys at the office. I really liked the fact that I could checkout at 4:00pm because I reserved the villa thru Expedia. Bring coffee for the coffee maker.

The Villa was a little outdated, but it was very comfortable and close to the things we wanted to do. Most of the people we met were friendly. Enjoyed the German restaurant and the Sports bar close to the resort.
