"The apartment was clean, spacious and well catered (except for the lack of hair dryer). However, there was no WIFI, which made it extremely inconvenient for me to do any work. I had to find another venue which is difficult in a city I do not know. The absence of WIFI made it impossible to receive emails, so I was also left stranded to access my key on arrival. Definitely not to be recommended for international professional travel."

"The check in staff was quite rude - she made us wait another half an hour to check in without a proper explanation. Staff should be taught customer service as it is the guests that keep them in business. The apartment room had all the basic amenities, cookware, utensils and plenty of storage. "Établissement mal renseigné … le site s’appelle Stella. Il faut se fier à l’adresse exacte. C’est dans une résidence pour seniors. Il n’y a plus personne à l’accueil après 18h et pas avant 9h… la télévision ne fonctionnait pas (apparemment 38) car pas de câble TV. Le wifi était inexistant le premier jour et très défaillant les jours suivants (séjour de 3 nuits). La pile de la télécommande du portail était HS et personne a l’accueil pour ouvrir … voiture enfermée à l’intérieur du parking du site....

"Modern hotel in the centre of Bordeaux, opposite small shopping mall. The rooms were well proportioned and pleasant, there was an also a restaurant onsite. The staff were extremely helpful. There is a shared kitchenette on each floor with shared fridge but no mini bar in rooms. The restaurant also didn’t have many Gluten free options, but there were several options nearby, including delicious galettes."

"Helpful staff. Room was as expected. I could not figure out how to adjust the thermostat. I also asked before arrival for an extra blanket and was told they did not have any. I think something every hotel should have on hand. Breakfast was good and offered in a lovely space. The decor of the hotel was fresh and fun. A very short walk from the train station, which is one of the reasons I chose this hotel."

"Good location. Reception is top floor which wasn’t terribly convenient. Have to pre book parking. I tried but got no response and ended up parked on the street 500m away. Weird spacecraft-style door to the equally strange bathroom and door wouldn’t close properly. Air con didn’t work but they brought us a fan. Can’t get to a bathroom on arrival without key access to a ‘public’ area so if you’ve travelled far stop at services or use airport bathrooms! Bed quite comfy. Breakfast good. Nice views. Nice area to relax and look out from 9th floor at the city. On reflection our overall 4 stars is generous."
