"The apartment was clean, spacious and well catered (except for the lack of hair dryer). However, there was no WIFI, which made it extremely inconvenient for me to do any work. I had to find another venue which is difficult in a city I do not know. The absence of WIFI made it impossible to receive emails, so I was also left stranded to access my key on arrival. Definitely not to be recommended for international professional travel."

"The check in staff was quite rude - she made us wait another half an hour to check in without a proper explanation. Staff should be taught customer service as it is the guests that keep them in business. The apartment room had all the basic amenities, cookware, utensils and plenty of storage. The neighbourhood is quite pleasant. I loved the fact that it had co working spaces downstairs and a laundry facility on the ground floor. "Amazing staff. Super cheap. Staff speaks English too which was nice for us. I don’t know his name but I had a few requests for a nice view and high floor and he remembered and gave them to us. 100% recommend!"

"Le logement était à la hauteur du descriptif seul bémol il y a pour le petit déjeuner des petites tasses à cafe et moyennes tasses ; il manquent des bols qui peuvent être utiles pour des céréales ou soupes....il n'y a pas de séche cheveux mural dans la salle de bain. L'établissement étant tout neuf cela aurait pu être pensé lors de la construction."
