Cozy and Beautiful Entire 3bedrooms/1bathroom single family house space, centrally located to many amenities in a very quiet area. convenient access to many shopping centers and easy access to highway  
The house is spacious and newly decorated.  
  
\- Newly remodeled 3-bedroom 1bathroom old style entire space with private entrance.  
\- 3 bedrooms with Queensize beds and all bedspreads provided.  
\- AC is available in this house.  
\- Coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and cookware are in place.  
\- Home office with desk and chair.  
\- Speed WiFi and Smart TV  
\- Driveway parking and Plenty of street parking space.  
\- Washer and dryer are available to use.

The guest has private access to this 3 bedrooms/1 bathroom space including kitchen/bathroom/laundry,   
but not the garage;  
the owner lives in garage studio with totally separate space and private entrance, so no worries about safety.  
  
1\. The dishwasher is not provided, please clean the kitchen after use;  
2\. Please don't throw papers/tissue/paper towels into the toilet, It may cause clogging;  
3\. The hot water may need a few minutes when you turn it on.  
4\. The backyard is in process of landscaping and it is not available now.

#### Disappointing stay but property has potential

The building is a spacious home in a good quiet neighbourhood, but has not been maintained to fix cosmetic defects, and is not well cleaned.The walls are dirty with many stains and dust, there are cobwebs and spiders inside, and the bathroom and shower were so bad we contacted the host. The cleaner returned, but does a terrible job; so there was no noticeable improvement even after they were done 'cleaning' There was a smell of marijuana when we arrived, and it only slightly dissipated during our three night stay. Luckily nobody in our party is allergic.The host was pretty responsive to our messages, but we were really unimpressed with the state of the place. It's a shame because the rooms are spacious and the location is perfect for a quiet stay. With a good deep clean and some paint it wouldn't be hard ro make it into a great rental.On the second night, guests who had booked an adjacent unit tried to gain entry to our side and frightened our friend. Clear signage could have prevented this.Overall, I would not recommend this place in its current state. But the bed linens were clean and the beds were comfortable. The neighbourhood is quiet.

#### Suited our purposes well

This was a great place to stay close to where we were working and much more affordable than a hotel would have been for the same number of nights. It’s a bit dated compared to other places I’ve stayed, but it was clean and cool in a quiet neighborhood and that was what mattered to us for this trip.
