But ON THE FRENCH RIVIERA, The most important is THE TERRACE. Completely renovated, this studio opens onto a large terrace without vis-à-vis. This is a very nice place to enjoy the sun loungers or take breakfast and meals. It allows sharing an appetizer, enjoy a sunset, a meal with family or friends Our studio is located in a small residence. Well laid out with a kitchen, it is fully equipped including dishwasher, washing machine, large screen TV. All relatives, shops are within walking distance and the historic heart of Frejus. On the other side of the avenue, you can walk in the large park of the Villa Aurelia. Site unrated. Similarly, in minutes, you can get to the heart of Saint Raphael. Before or after a walk or a swim in the sea, just a few steps for a dip in the POOL that you have your key and that in July and August closes at 22 pm. You have your personal parking and if you do not want to take the car, the bus stops are nearby. You come by train, we will arrange to meet you and take you back to the station. Le studio est très bien situé (à 20mn à pied du centre-ville et des plages), très sympa, propre et très bien équipé, la terrasse effectivement sans vis-à-vis est grande et très plaisante. La résidence protégée est très calme avec une piscine facile d’accès. Nous étions très satisfaits de la prestation, et ne pouvons que conseiller cette location. Appartement très bien situé, accès à la plage et aux villes de Fréjus et Saint- Raphaël rapidement via les navettes ou la route pour ceux qui sont véhiculés. le studio convient pour 2 adultes très fonctionnel et bien agencé. La terrasse est au top, grande,spacieuse nous avons eu la chance de voir une partie du feu d’artifice depuis celle-ci. Des propriétaires très sympa et attentif avec leurs locataires, avec un accueil très chaleureux (boisson fraiche qui nous attendaient à l'arrivée), nous qui n'étions pas véhicules ils ont eu la gentillesse de venir nous chercher (aller-retour) à la gare. Pour résumer de supers vacances dans un endroit vraiment génial. Adresse à garder, Idéal pour des vacances tranquilles et agréable. les petites fées du ménage. ##### MELANY G. Après 2 semaines de vacances entre amis, nous avons pu remarquer la qualité de cette location. Tout d’abord, à peine sorti de la voiture, le propriétaire est là pour nous accueillir chaleureusement et nous inonder de bons conseils pour passer les meilleures vacances possibles et exploiter au mieux les lieux. Les commerces ne sont guère éloignés et la résidence qui profite d’une extrême proximité avec la villa Aurélienne et son grand parc afin de satisfaire les balades en famille ou entre amis. Les plages de Fréjus ou de Saint-Raphaël se trouvent d’ailleurs non loin en voiture, il est aussi possible de s’y rendre à pied si l’on est en quête d’une bonne ballade. La piscine reste très appréciable quand l’on veut profiter de la baignade sans les inconvénients du trajet ou de la recherche désespérée d’une place. On y croisera aussi les résidents très accueillants et toujours prêts à discuter. Quant au studio en lui-même, il est d’un calme remarquable. Il est situé au 1er étage juste en face de l’ascenseur, ce qui s’impose comme très utile pour monter les bagages. Le matériel mis à disposition est de bonne qualité générale, le grand clic-clac est pratique et bien confortable. Bien entendu, la terrasse est exceptionnelle et permet d’y prendre chaque repas grâce à son orientation privilégiée qui propose un rayonnement en fin de journée Bref… Il y aurait tant à dire… On y privilégie autant le farniente que l’activité intense.
