This 3 bedroom, 2 bath Ocean View Beach House came on board with other local rentals after 9 years of private residence ownership. We are pleased to share OUR COASTAL HIDEAWAY with the world!

There are 3 bedrooms: 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, and 1 bunk room (1 twin and 2 double beds). There are 2 Full Baths: 1 with walk-in shower & 1 with Tub & Shower

There is ample living space a full-frontal facade of ocean facing windows and plenty of side and back-room windows with ocean and bay views. This coastal hide-away illuminates the natural coastal beauty throughout the entire home.

KITCHEN is well equipped with everything you need if you choose to cook!! We have dishes, silverware, pots, pans, serving ware, plates, bowls, Keurig Coffee Maker, granite counter tops, barstool seating and a fining dining table seating area with seating for 8-10 guests!

The deck is larger than most you'll find in this quaint village; expansive 18 × 25 ft deck with plenty of room to stretch out, play, lay, host dinners, relax and unwind!

A concrete floor under the house is host to a spacious walk-in shower with hot and cold water.

There is ample room for parking and includes a patio table and 6 chairs.

The bridge walk-over is mere seconds away to the sandy shores of Surfside Beach.

We are a TRUE second row with quick and easy access to the ocean and views you don't want to miss!

This is a comfortable, well-appointed and strategically located beach house on a friendly neighborhood street.

We have another Surfside Beach property, the same size, just 1/2 mile away. So, if you have a larger group, plan ahead and rent both properties. It's just a 10 minute walk on the beach (literally). Other property known as SeaRay - Coastal Paradise. We also have a home on the interior canals just a few miles away for an even larger group and that property is known as BayRay. Only one thing is for certain, you'll be back! We hope to host you soon!

Great rent house

Our family has vacationed in surfside annually for 13 years and we have stayed in many different rentals in the area over the years. This was one of the best houses we've stayed at. Perfect beach getaway with ocean views!!!!

We had a really nice visit and would highly recommend this property. It was very clean, very homey comfortable, AC works great, and it has a nice balcony patio area. This would easily sleep 6. Mattress were comfortable and linens were soft. Plenty of seating in livingroom. Full size kitchen with fridge, stove/ oven, microwave, coffee pots, big sink, and all the things you need for a kitchen. For eating, there is a kitchen table that seats 6 and then there was also 4 bar stools to eat at kitchen bar. The water pressure is great. The walk to the beach, from door to water is only about 3 minutes. The housing area around this house was clean and seemed very safe! Lawns are well maintained. There is room to park your vehicle under the house. There are numerous restaurants to eat at within a few miles. I REALLY enjoyed being out in the balcony watching and listening to the waves rolling onto the beach. The beach is one of the cleaner beaches you'll find in Texas. . . the sand is good and you won't need to wear shoes on the beach.

Great location !!!

Very short walk to the beach. Great view from the deck. Top deck has shade and sun. Keurig coffee pot , Yay. Close proximity for supplies. TV in living room and in Master. Plenty of dishes, glassware and utensils. Charcoal Grill down stairs.

Loved the location

Surfside is my favorite place, the house was comfortable and close enough to the beach my granddaughters could walk down and enjoy the sand and sun alone. The only drawback was there was no coffe pot, only a Keurig with 6 people who love coffee.

A wonderful spot for a terrific experience.

Location, cleanliness, et all were wonderful and we would love to come back again. The only things that I can recommend for improvement would be to fix the door as it wouldn't latch shut and was a constant irritation. The patio furniture was not as pictured and had seen its prime come and go and there was no patio umbrella to block the hot sun. There was a shade sail but I didn't feel comfortable to put it up. The greatness of this place outweighed the above nuisances by far. I recommend highly and thank you for letting us stay. It was a blessing.

friendly ocean getaway

The beach house decor transitioned us from stressed daily life to relaxed beach living. The kids loved the painted ocean wall. The layout is practical and all the bedrooms were comfortable. We would set up our tent on the beach in sight line of the house, so we could take midday breaks but still check to make sure our stuff was still there on the beach. The one thing is that there are a lot of mosquitoes ground level. Always use bugspray and then you are fine!!

We enjoyed our stay at the house! Very convenient location to the beach and great fenced area for the dogs. Clean and comfortable. Only recommendation is that the HVAC filter needs to be changed.
