The location was perfect, a few steps away from the sand. Everything was clean and well decorated. It was quiet and not roudy with partiers which is a plus. The property was overall clean. Some obvious wear and tear, nothing fancy but it was cozy and welcoming. Can't beat the view and location at that price! The balconies to watch the sunrise & sunset were in itself worth a million dollars! The new walkover is wonderful but I would suggest putting some grips on the last part of the ramp going down to the beach it is VERY slippery. Even the beds were good, which is rare to find.However: the doors only "locked" with pieces of wood to keep them closed, the stairs were uneven, there was a piece of wood on the porch that was broken, and there was no light in the living room, so it got a bit dark at night.
