« This property was, by far, our family's favorite yet out of 15 yrs of vacationing. Communication & booking was excellent from the start, and very responsive the few times that I reached out. This home is beautifully and comfortably furnished, and the full kitchen with all of the necessary things for cooking & baking was a major plus for us as we cook most of our meals while traveling. The seating on the deck, the screened-in outdoor porch were both so nice to spend mornings and evenings...

« Very accommodating hosts, the farm is expansive with very friendly horses, chickens, goats and a pig. The dogs are understandably protective of their flock, which is a good thing out in the country! We stayed in the bungalow, which was clean and the bed was comfortable. I would stay there again! »

« This is our second time staying at this property. The layout of the house is ideal for families with teenagers. Everyone had their own space and the ping pong/ pool table was a big hit. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything that we needed for our stay. The location was perfect and the views were amazing. We enjoyed swimming, jumping off the dock, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, exploring the lake in the paddleboat and making S'mores in the firepit. We'll be back! »

« We are a group of 9 that were in town for a baseball tournament in Roanoke Rapids. The house was a quick 25 minutes to the ball field. While the rest of the team was crammed around a hotel pool, we were relaxing in the lake. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. The kitchen was spacious to cook and had all necessary supplies and even spices. When our tournament ran late, the owners were super responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again. »

« We stayed here over the 4th of July weekend. It was a total of 10 of us, 2 families with an extra teenagers). We had plenty of space and things to do!! The backyard is flat and nicely kept. We did some dock fishing and caught a 4 lb catfish one night!! We had a boat and had plenty of room to park and still be able to play in the lake and use the kayaks!!
