Quiet and family-friendly neighborhood, walking distance to several parks, and just minutes away from all restaurants.
You will have access to the full top floor and laundry in the basement is shared.
The space has been updated with fresh paint, large dining area, 3 bedrooms, 1 king bed, 1 queen, and 1 double bed. There is shared laundry with the tenant downstairs. The large living area is cozy and inviting.
You would be able to cab from here into the heart of uptown or downtown within minutes....
