Hot tub was dirty and had hair all in it with water smelling like it’s been sitting unused for a while. Back patio area was dirty. Gas grill was filthy and looked like it was never wiped down. I asked it to be fixed...it never got fixed for the entirety of my stay. In addition, I have asked for an adjustment to the amount we paid for not having wifi...it has been over two weeks and they are still working on whether to do this. If I book a place where WIFI is to be included, and then it doesn't work, I expect something to be done. Everything else was good but don't understand how this is so hard too resolve.
