This house was so well thought out and designed for larger groups. Everything from including a mattress topper for the pullout couch to endless amounts of towels and space for many to sleep. It was such the perfect space! The location was great as well. Highly recommend!

This property was amazing!! There 10 ladies in all staying here. There was plenty of room, the beds were very comfortable, and the location was great. We were all impressed and very happy with our stay here. We would definitely book again.

This was a great place they have lots of sitting areas and options. If you want to be together or separate. They have a lovely outdoor deck w a separate fire pit sitting area. Love the ambiance of the place. All around it was a great place to stay.

This cute, clean, and cozy stay was perfect for 7 adults. Check in and out process was simple. The property had character with many great amenities. The property was also very walkable to thrift shops and downtown.

Very roomy, clean and Centrally located

I really want to thank our hosts for such a wonderful property. The layout was perfect for my wife and I to be on one side of the house and my brother and his wife on the other. We really enjoyed the fire pit in the cool evenings. This place is centrally located near the main drag in Fredericksberg which has lots of shopping and awesome restaurants.

Bachelorette weekend

Great communication with the owner! Cutest house EVER! They really thought of every detail and amenity possible, all 9 of us were thoroughly impressed. We had so much fun cooking dinners in the kitchen and having game night on the deck! We enjoyed our weekend so much- looking forward to coming back very soon!

Second time to rent

We had stayed at this property during the summer and were able to rent it again for a Thanksgiving visit. We knew the kitchen and table could accommodate our family. There is a Walgreens and HEB close by and Main Street is a short drive. We had an issue with a heater, but thankfully we were able to fix it ourselves before the first night.

Perfect Location

This house was beautiful, clean, and had a fully stocked kitchen ready for us to cook and clean as needed. The property was close to Main street, and had the right amount of space we needed for 6 adults and 2 children. We used the outside fireplace at night on their cute deck! The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast in the morning as well as a late night snack. It was super clean and easy to get in and out of. 100% recommend this place! Thanks for the lovely time!

Great house near the center of Fred.

We stayed with our family and had plenty of room for everyone. The 2 sitting areas came in handy for those who didn’t want to watch cartoons! The kitchen was spacious and we were easily able to cook a few meals. The split designed worked well for us! The one step inside the house would have made it difficult for older people. We will be saving this listing!

SUPER cute house with comfy beds, great location!

We stayed here for 3 nights on a girls' trip, absolutely LOVED the house! The memory foam beds were very comfortable (except the twin daybed) and the house is well-stocked with cookware and dishes. Only 3 mins from HEB and Lost Draw! My only complaint was the check-in process... I had to call the management company as check-in info wasn't sent on time, and the "contact the owner" link was broken.
