Was clean ,bathroom a lil small . Beds were comfortable but too high from the floor . Was in a quiet area .Ground level and no stairs were a plus . Owner ,Nick was very polite .

Make plans for breakfast elsewhere. Quiet and easy to access. Beds were good. Slept well. Did stick a door under the door as the security latch was half there. Police station is across the street so they could quickly respond to shots fired.

I was a late arrival (after 10pm) but the staff was polite and helpful. The room was excellent, clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again on my travels in the area.

Maid Service was only limited to taking out the trash and replacing towels for my three nightstand. The Wi-Fi, although the antenna was supposedly on a telephone pole out in the parking lot was extremely weak and very much unusable. I reported this to the manager who didn’t understand why because he thought the antenna was close to all the rooms. Facility but is dated outside. Motel is fully functionable although the town that is located is depressed and pretty much downtown is boarded up. It is an old farm town. Lack of any public transportation so a car is a must. Is roughly 45 minutes away from nearest larger town.

Negatively impressed

Construction materials were stacked in and around the entry area—work continued into the early evening. The office area had an acrid odor—similar to Southern Asia. The facility’s furniture was too large for the room. Additionally, furniture items were seemingly procured from former motel/hotels after their renovation. I will not stay again. I recommend avoidance for the discerning traveler.

I rented the motel room for Friday the 26th and the Saturday 27th for my 50th class reunion thinking the motel was in Altus okla.,it was advertised in the Altus Web sight.,coming to find out that the motel was in Frederick okla.,so I tried to cancel the booking right there and then and they would not give me a refund on my credit card.,no refunds if you didn't get the insurance,that's so wrong in every way,I tried to get the refund about a minute after I booked it right after I realized it was in the wrong city.so be careful when booking with this particular motel.they don't care about the people who accidentally book there.
