We stay here often, it is our halfway point to our NC destination. I would like a change in the breakfast options. Maybe add apples, bagels? It is always muffins, and bread for toast .

I would never stay at this location again. There was mold all through the bathroom. I brought this up to the front desk and took pictures. I would have changed rooms if they had any available. I tried to find another hotel but all hotels in the areas were booked. It was Memorial Day weekend. In addition, the food offered was very limited. We ate out for breakfast.

We had a great night sleep; the bed was super comfy and the comforter was so plush. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner and the breakfast options were weak for on-the-go options. The coffee cups were tiny! Overall, we had a great stay and definitely will be back if we are ever in the area again. 4.5 stars !

The bed was too hard for me. I have arthritis in my shoulders and I didn’t sleep well on the mattress. The staff was very pleasant.

Was not comfortable with using pool at neighboring property and breakfast options were sparse especially with gluten allergy. Was clean, staff friendly and quiet. Great value for the area.

Management and staff were not customer friendly. Bathroom, shower and floors not clean. I had to purchase cleaning supplies and disinfectant to clean up. First 2 days I went to a family member house to shower, thinking and waiting on the to take care of it. Very disappointed 😥

Excellent accommodations
We were very happy with this hotel. The rooms were super clean, nicely decorated, and the beds and pillows were terrific. At a couple of the hotels we stayed at lately. The bed has been so high that it’s hard to get into. This bed is a regular height And it made our stay that much more enjoyable.

Wasn’t happy about an hour after I had checked in I showered and laid in the bed to realize a roach was crawling on the wall. I went to the service desk to ask for a refund and so I could not change my room, nor given a refund. I am not happy at all. I feel a full or partial refund should be given to me.

Good morning, So after checking in at about 9pm with a rather rude man, we went to the room, and immediately the toilet clogged after my daughter used it. I called the front desk to ask if someone could please plunge it, the same man asked if I could come to the front desk to get the plunger myself, I went and he handed me a plunger in a nasty, wet/dirty plastic bag. I plunged the toilet myself, and returned the plunger to the man. Really? I mean...really? I have stayed in hundreds of hotels, both better and worse, and have never been asked to plunge my own toilet. Kind of unacceptable if you ask me. Thanks.
