Grand Park, Family Friendly, Steps to The Lift Bus Stop

Welcome to Timber Creek House! This is a newer Duplex (built in 2018) located in Grand Park. The Free Lyft Shuttle is steps away, which you can take to The Winter Park Resort, Fraser or Downtown Winter Park. This house is within walking distance to the Foundry, local restaurants & Downtown Winter Park. Outside you will find an 8 Person Private BullFrog HotTub and picnic tables(spring/summer/fall use). There is also an outdoor sofa and a firepit. Inside, there are 4 bedrooms(all upstairs). The 1st Master Bedroom has a king size bed, bathroom & smart TV. The 2nd Bedroom has a king size bed, bathroom & smart TV. The 3rd Bedroom has a Queen bed & smart TV. The 4th Bedroom has 2 Bunk beds, (1 Queen over Twin, 1 Twin over Twin). There are 2 living rooms, 1 downstairs, 1 upstairs, both with Smart TVs. There are 3 Full bathrooms upstairs. In the upstairs living room you will find plenty of toys and games, including a Nintendo classic & arcade game. There is a fully stocked, gourmet kitchen to prepare meals if you like. There is large dining room table and a large counter for seating for 11. Lots of entertainment, including a Foosball table, games and video games. Also, a Full size washer & dryer. This house is perfect for 2 families to share.

Great location and very nice furnishings in the property. Contact person was very helpful. Only issue we had was the people next door built a fire in the fire pit which is directly below the 2 back bedrooms. Smoke went in making everything smell Smokey.

kellie was so nice and helpful and responsive through the whole process. the house was so well stocked we didn’t have to buy paper towels or dishwasher supplies or laundry detergent and soaps. the house was great. we had 6 of us and the bedrooms and baths were beautiful clean and comfortable. it was a great location to all of our outings like winter park fraser granby grand lake and the entrance to the national park. we loved it.

Family reunion to celebrate a big bday

My family of 8 including 2 small children stayed here during a family reunion. Communication was great and the house was very well equipped. Kitchen had everything we needed and the house was kid friendly.

Another great stay

This is the second time we rented Timber Creek House for our family ski trip. The house is very comfortable and well equipped for large family dinners. Hot tub was great after a day at the mountain. The second upstairs family room space was perfect for our grandchildren to hang out playing games or watching TV while adults enjoyed dinner downstairs. We hope to return next year!

Great stay at Timber Creek House

Perfect house for a family ski vacation. Kitchen was well equipped and had plenty of seating for three generations. A second family room upstairs was the perfect place for the kids to hang out. Bedrooms very comfortable as well. Kelli was very responsive and easy to work with. Great week!

Mountain Getaway

The rental property was warm, welcoming, and very clean. We enjoyed the hot tub, large table for board games, and fully stocked kitchen for cooking. My CO friends said they would definitely stay here again when planning a Winter Park trip.

Family Ski Vacation

Everything was just as described by the hosts, and the hosts were quite responsive and helpful. The bus stop for the free Lift bus to the Winter Park Resort is directly across the street from the house, and easy access to the resort by bus (about a 15 minute ride, door to door) was a great bonus for a family ski trip.

Wonderful location/home

We loved the location, beautiful!! The house was perfect for our family. The kids enjoyed the games/video games available. Fraser is a perfect spot to vacation in…close to Winter Park, Grand Lake. Many activities to participate in if desired. We enjoyed our time there very much and would definitely recommend staying here to anyone.

Great Place for a Ski Vacation!

This was a great house to stay at for our ski vacation. There's plenty of space at the house. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen has all the right cooking gear. The house has a foosball table and toys for the kids. It has a great hot tub. You can park 1 car in the garage. It comes with sleds and snowshoes you can use. There's space behind the house for the kids to play in the snow. The owners leave you a bottle of wine and chocolates when you check-in. Great place! I give this place 5 stars, though there are a few minor opportunities. More paper towel rolls would be helpful for large families staying there. Soap is provided in the showers, but shampoo was not. The TVs' internet connection was a little buggy. The cleaning requirements were a bit more than comparable places we've stayed at. Overall, this was a great place and is recommended!

Estupenda casa cerca a Winterpark!!

Estuvimos 2 familias hospedadas en esta casa. La casa es súper cómoda!!! Amplia, con mucho espacio para todos. Queda en Fraser, que es a 10-15 min de la estación de ski de Winterpark. Los dueños tuvieron la gentileza de dejarnos un regalo que disfrutamos mucho! El equipamiento de la casa es completo, tuvimos todo lo que necesitamos para pasar 5 días maravillosos en nuestras vacaciones de invierno!

This vrbo was great. We skied 2 days at winter park. The lift bus is in front of house. The house is spacious but cozy. Beds are comfy. Plenty of room for our group of 8 adults and 2 kids aged 7yrs old. Plan on staying again next year for annual ski trip.

Home Away From Home!

The Best place we've ever stayed at in the Winter Park/Fraser area! It's just the right distance away from the resort to feel like a retreat. It's in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful views. Out of every place we've ever stayed, my kids asked to go back here (it may have been the retro video games)! Kelli is amazing to work with. She makes sure you have everything you need for your getaway. Kelli, thank you to you, Chad and your kiddos for letting us share your home-away-from-home. It was peaceful, cozy and the Gift Basket was a really nice surprise!

Absolutely perfect

I could not have asked for a better experience or more beautiful property. Our kids absolutely loved the experience and definitely enjoyed the hot tub. We have decided that we would love to come back in the summer months to explore more!! We had a very nice welcome gift which we enjoyed with dinner. Our family loved this property!

A family vacation with adult children, spouses and grandchildren. We very much enjoyed this clean, well stocked property. Plenty of beds, pillows, extra toiletries in the bathrooms, all the condiments you would need in the kitchen. Family games galore to play in the evening. Great location, close to restaurants and ski lift. I don’t normally take the time to write reviews, but this property deserves it. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

Another great stay

This was our second time to stay at Chad and Kelli's home. Just like our previous visit, this one was wonderful. The house was perfect for our needs with 6 adults and 4 kids. The Winter Park lift is just right outside the door and the house is in a great location for accessing downtown Winter Park. We could not have enjoyed ourselves more and I'm sure we will be back for a third stay in the future.

Absolutely Perfect!

The property exceeded our expectations! It was perfect for our two families. The home was perfectly stocked with so much thought. The kitchen had everything needed for our family meals at home. The sleds & snow shoes were great fun for the kids, the backyard & front field space was amazing! The family games & large kitchen table provided for evening fun & lots of laughter. The hot tube was welcomed after long days of skiing. The home was perfectly located, a short drive to Winter Park Resort, restaurants & grocery. Fantastic house--my kids can't wait to go back!

I stayed at Kelli and Chad's fantastic house Feb 21-25, 2022, with my husband, our two kids (8yo and 5yo), my brother, and my mom. The house easily could have held more people, but it was great for a group our size, too. The house is gorgeous and SO well stocked with just about everything you could possibly ask for--there were sleds in the garage, tons of toys and board games, multiple video game systems, etc. The kitchen was also very well stocked with just about everything we could have asked for (including spices and condiments). The hot tub was ready to go and felt great after a long day of skiing. There are internet-connected TVs in both living rooms and the three non-bunk-bed bedrooms. With snowy roads, it was an easy 13 min drive to the base of Mary Jane where there is free parking for those skiing/snowboarding. That was our primary purpose for being in Winter Park, and this house was the absolutely perfect home base for it. The fact that Hernando's Pizza (without which no visit to Winter Park is complete) is only moments away doesn't hurt either :-) As we left, my 5yo begged to stay in the same house the next time we come to Winter Park, and we definitely will!

Great place in Winter Park

The townhome was very nice, and in a location that was conveniently located so that it was just a short drive to get to the ski slopes. It is also very close to town and access to restaurants and shops. While we used it for a ski trip, this townhome would be very nice for a summer trip as the Grand Lake entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park is only about 40 minutes away. The home was very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything you need if you prefer to stay in and cook. We definitely would stay here again.
