This delightful cabin comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and is situated on a spacious plot, just a brief 3-minute drive from downtown Winter Park. The cabin features 2 entry points, with the main front door leading into a roomy area adjacent to the kitchen, which includes built-in storage for outdoor equipment. Furthermore, you can access the private deck through the entryway connected to the living room. The cabin's expansive layout integrates the living, dining, and kitchen spaces, allowing guests to socialize and prepare meals together. In the generous living room, an electric wood stove provides a warm and inviting atmosphere for relaxation. Additionally, the cabin is outfitted with TV service and a new DVD player linked to a PC via HDMI cable for streaming content to the television, making it an excellent option in the absence of cable TV and broadcast stations. The dining area is conveniently positioned near a fully equipped kitchen, facilitating quick and easy meal preparations. Moreover, there is a half bath located near the main entrance on this level. The office is well-equipped for work or study, featuring a large desk and a beautiful view of the forest. The cabin also includes a convenient stacked washer and dryer. Upstairs, the cabin boasts two bedrooms: one with a queen bed and the other containing 3 twin beds along with a trundle bed, ideal for children. It is important to note that the master bedroom provides access to the full bathroom for showering. On the main level, the master bedroom suite offers a separate entrance for added privacy, a king-sized bed, a bathroom vanity, a spacious closet, and a cozy sitting area perfect for enjoying the electric fireplace. The unit is equipped with a DVD player, a dedicated workspace, a private deck, a grill, a streaming television service, an absence of air conditioning, and a washer and dryer. A vehicle featuring All Wheel Drive or fitted with snow tires is advised for reaching this residence during significant snowfall. The property offers a garage that accommodates 2 cars for parking. The location is beautiful and perfect. The area is quiet and great for peace and getting away from the craziness and the grind of the city. The area is still close enough to get to Winter Park which has plenty of stores, restaurants and festivities for the family! The view is gorgeous!! The only set back was the 3 beds were smaller for a couple of our family members who were over 6 foot, other than that we loved the place and had a wonderful time! ##### Michelle B. Newer washer and dryer. Not a bad view from any window in the house. There were a few minor things that we were able to over look but lots of windows were missing screens and you'll want the windows open as there is no air conditioning. Several light bulbs were out and not replaced before our stay. Porch lights in the back were both out. But overall for the price and space we had a really great time. It's a cozy, welcoming space that we truly enjoyed. An area for improvement would be ensuring the house is better stocked - we only had a few paper towels left on the roll, only a couple of coffee filters and no olive oil in the pantry. In my experience, those core pantry items are usually readily available. We also went without water the whole first night because the after-hours maintenance line never picked up and never returned our calls. It was an easy fix (fuse was blown) but it sounds like this happens routinely at this house. I would recommend letting tenants of this house know how to fix this recurring problem. The property managers kindly refunded us the equivalent of one night's stay, but I hope they can look into this issue for future tenants. ##### Alec D. The living room was roomy, the kitchen worked great, and the beds were comfortable - what more could we ask for. We hope to come back again and stay even longer next time. We had some issues checking in, however, this could have been due to a down cell phone tower. We were without running water our first night. We tried to reach after hour maintenance for help. However, we never heard back (again the tower? maybe?). The next morning when the office opened back up, we were able to speak to someone who was familiar with the property. Evidentially it was just a simple flip of a circuit box switch. I would suggest leaving a note for future renters in case this happens again. The hand soap dispensers were nearly empty and the kitchen was lacking in basic pots/pans and some utensils. If all of those issue are remedied, I'd say this property was great. ##### Angie H.
