The Hotel is right next to two parks. It was so nice to walk around. Downside is the the airport shuttle is $5.

The rooms are spacious and very clean. The girl at the reception was so nice and helpful. The hotel is few min from the airport and has easy transportation. Highly recommend.

The hotel is nestled in between parks and easy to walk around the close by towns. If you are there on a Sunday be aware a lot is closed. There is a park/fly garage next to the hotel which makes travel to the airport convenient. Getting there we took as taxi as there wasn’t clear information on how to take the shuttle to the hotel. The check in was easy and room clean. The restaurant has some light food options and is delivered by robot which makes for a fun experience. The heat/air did not offer much range and kept our room warm.

Need directional signs from shuttle stop to hotel
This hotel is combined with a large parking garage for airport parking. The shuttle from the airport stops at the parking garage and there are no signs indicating where the hotel entrance is and it isn't visible from the drop off point. Needless to say I dragged my luggage a long way before finding the actual hotel.

Great airport hotel in a quiet neighborhood
Very clean airport hotel in a quiet neighborhood. You can walk to Kelsterbach train station to catch the S-Bahn to go to Frankfurt or find restaurants in walkable distance.

Super Hotel in guter Lage + Transfer zum Flughafen
Waren für 1 Nacht vor unserem Flug in den Urlaub dort. Ein SEHR schönes Hotel in dem wirklich ALLES stimmt. Von der Lage (inclusive dem Transfer zum Flughafen) bis hin zum Personal... Auch die Zimmer und die Ausstattung ist Hervorragend. Ist halt auch ein komplett neues Hotel. Wenn überhaupt würde ich maximal die Portion im Restaurant bemängeln. Auf den ersten Blick alles sehr günstig auf der Speisekarte, aber die Portionen sind echt sehr klein... Tip : Auch mit 2 € teureren Preisen aber dafür größeren Portionen wäre das in Ordnung. Der Bedienroboter ist schon witzig...

Meine Übernachtung habe ich über Expedia im Voraus bezahlt. Beim Einchecken wurde ich nach meiner Kreditkarte gefragt. Auf die Frage warum, die Übernachtung ist doch schon bezahlt, hieß es, so ist die Regel, es ist für alle Fälle. Ok, habe ich die Karte gegeben. Der Mitarbeiter ist dann mit der Karte in einen Nebenraum gegangen. Was er dort mit der Karte gemacht hat, weis ich nicht. Ich habe aber keine Zahlung autorisiert. Wir mussten in der Nacht um 3 Uhr abreisen, um rechzeitig beim Flugboording zu sein. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption hat im Nebenraum geschlafen und es hat 10 Minuten gedauert bis wir ihn mit Dauerklingen geweckt haben. Das Taxi wartete auf uns. Wir konnten wegen der gesperrten Tür aber nicht raus. Jedenfalls als die Tür endlich geöffnet wurde, habe ich die Schlüsselkarte auf den Tisch gelegt und gesagt, dass die Übernachtung schon bezahlt wurde. Wir sind dann in Eile abgereist, wir mussten unseren Flug kriegen. Am nächsten Tag stellte ich fest, dass das Hotel meine Kreditkarte belastet hat. Wir haben für die Übernachtung also doppelt gezahlt. Ich habe das Hotel angerufen und wurde am Telefon gebeten eine Email zu schreiben, Das habe ich gemacht. Keine Antwort. Nach 4 Tagen noch eine Email geschrieben. Keine Antwort. Keine Stornierung bzw. Erstattung auf dem KK-Konto. Ich habe echt besseres zu tun als meinem Geld hinterher zu rennen. Am besten meiden Sie dieses Hotel. Wir werden das tun.
