Less expensive "airport" hotel
Hotel is tucked away in a commerical/residential area but with Navi was less expensive alternative to airport hotel. Staff was pleasant, continental breakfast was good, and room was clean. Great for a quick business trip.

Typical small hotel in the city. Excellent breakfast (compared to US hotels) Not everyone of the staff was speaking English. Very small parking, we had problem finding parking space.

Clean, spacious with modern room decor
The hotel was small but had all the facilities and family room was spacious and comfortable with modern decor. It was not centrally located but 10min drive to the centre was pleasant and parking is offered on site. Excellent bathroom amenities, very clean. Recommended

Perfect for early flight at Frankfurt
We only stayed one night. The staff was very helpful with dispensing information and checking us in for our flight. The immediate area was not particularly scenic (hotels and warehouses), but we walked for only about 1km to get to a delicious Turkish restaurant. There was space for our rental car in the hotel lot and that was very convenient. We did have a view of the Wasserturm from our window, and that was pretty scenic. The room was clean and comfortable, and our daughters were happy with the WiFi. Frankfurt airport was about 10-15 minutes drive, and we conveniently refilled the tank of our car at a gas station near the hotel.

Very nice hotel
The beds were comfortable, and it was very clean. They weren't clear about the breakfast at check-in, they made it sound like it was included.

Das Personal war freundlich, die Sauberkeit wirklich gut. Toll fand ich ein kleines Zusatzkissen. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Kostenloser Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Und der kleine Balkon war jetzt im Sommer wirklich schön. Der einzige Nachteil, Frühstück für 17€ finde ich überteuert, weshalb ich darauf verzichtet habe.

Das Zimmer war insgesamt sauber aber im Badezimmer hat es sehr schlecht gerochen. Morgens war niemand an der Rezeption und am Vorabend wurden wir auch nicht darauf hingewiesen. In der Lobby war es unordentlich und ungemütlich. Ich habe mich nicht sehr wohl gefühlt.

이 호텔은 여름용이 아니라 겨울용입니다 너무 더운데 선풍기 하나 없고 창문을 다 열어도 바람이 안들어와서 너무 힘들었습니다 주인분도 친절하다는데 저는 별로... 방에 침대는 많아 대식구가 이용하기 좋습니다 차로 3-5분거리에 슈퍼있고 호텔 앞 도로에 주차 가능합니다

Not really pet or customer friendly
I chose this hotel because of its pet friendliness, as advertised in Experia. Unfortunately, at the hotel an older lady that claimed to be the manager, approached me on a very questionable way, asking for my room number like if I was a random person from the street, getting into the hotel with a dog. She stated that big dogs are normally not allowed and that I should've asked to the hotel first; that wasn't specified anywhere, Experia doesn't mention anything like that for this hotel. There was an unnecessary and unpleasant argument and when I walked away, she kept on mouthing something in German. At the end, I didn't have to pay for the dog, but it wasn't acceptable the way I was approached and how the situation was handled.

Good alternative when centre is busy
The room was nice and tidy. The Wifi was good and fast in the room on your own balcony you will lose the connection from time to time. It is a quiet neighbourhood, good to sit in the sun on the balcony. The only thing is that it hasn't have much in the neighbourhood. Going to the center by car, you need one, was unexpected very easy although it was something going on in the Frankfurter Messe. Use of Google Maps helps you there very good and you are in 20 minutes away. Checkout time is from 07.30, before that time you probably have to arrange that up front, I forgot to ask. Will consider this one when something is happening again in the Frankfurter Messe.
