Easy access to town activities. Lots of various shopping experiences. Hotel had an excellant breakfast. Just an all round wonderful place 🤗

Loving Germany!!
Beautiful hotel! Beautiful location, right on the Main River. Amazing views and awesome location!! The breakfast buffet was beautifully displayed, offered a great variety of extremely fresh foods and had an amazing taste to the palate!! The family that runs this hotel are such wonderful people!! They treated us like we were honored guests in their home! My husband and I spent 5 weeks touring Europe and came back to this hotel on 5 different occasions during our travels! We hope to return again in two years!!! Thank you so very much Aziza and Ahmad for your great hospitality! We can’t wait to see you again!! Ethel and Kenneth

Restaurant bis auf weiteres geschlossen. Biotop im WC-Brüstengefäss. Fenster liess sich nicht schliessen. Personal interessiert sich nicht für die Anliegen der Gäste. Man bekommt bei Bezahlung nicht automatisch eine Rechnung. Wird auch nicht angeboten. Frühstück erst ab 8 Uhr.

Sie können selbstverständlich jederzeit gerne eine Rechnung für Ihren Aufenthalt erhalten. In der Regel genügt den meisten privat Reisenden ein Exemplar via E-Mail oder der Kundenbeleg.An Sonn- und Feiertagen bieten wir unser Frühstücksbuffet von 08:00 bis 11:00 Uhr an. Dies hat tatsächlich noch nie jemand bemängelt.Und wie Sie darauf kommen, dass unserem Personal die Anliegen der Gäste egal seien, bleibt wohl Ihr Geheimnis.Leider können wir nicht nachvollziehen, was man mit der Abgabe einer derart schlechten Bewertung erreichen will.Vor allem im Hinblick auf die Tatsache, dass Sie vor Ort keinerlei Kritik geäußert hatten.Wir sind jedenfalls sehr glücklich darum, dass die allermeisten Gäste sich bei uns überaus wohlfühlen und Bewertungen mit zum Teil anmaßenden Behauptungen die absolute Ausnahme sind.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Hotel wird aber einem 4 Sterne Hotel nicht gerecht. Ein Zimmer unter dem Dach bei über 30 Grad ohne Klimaanlage bei einer Deckenhöhe von ca. 1,90m geht leider gar nicht. Nach einem Wechsel des Zimmers war es okay. Das angebotene Kingsizebett entpuppte sich als ein 1,60m breites Bett.

Charming hotel in an olde-worlde town. We had a view of the river. Hotel is walking distance from pretty much everywhere. Large, clean bathroom. Nicely furnished rooms. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Cost of parking not made clear in information. Reception was empty when we arrived shortly before 2pm.

Im gebuchten Zimmer, extra mit Badewanne, war diese leider nicht komfortabel, da zu niedrig, zu kurz und zu eng. Für Erwachsene nicht geeignet. Der Kosmetikspiegel war viel zu hoch angebracht und nicht beleuchtet. Obwohl das Bad neu renoviert war, schade. Die Sitzbezüge im Frühstücksraum waren fleckig, unappetittlich. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und das Personal insgesamt sehr freundlich. Insgesamt ist noch Luft nach oben

Die Lage am Main ist sehr schön. Die Unterkunft hat ein sehr ansprechendes Ambiente. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Die Zimmer waren klein, aber fein. Rundum ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Wir waren die ersten Nachcorona-Gäste und der Hotelbetrieb lief erst langsam wieder an. Ein gediegenes stilvolles Abendessen haben wir vermisst. Die Lage am Main ist traumhaft und das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
