First time visiting this hotel, room is spacious, convenient and safe neighborhood. There is a big shopping mall and plenty restaurants nearby. Friendly staff. Parking is easy also

Perfect stay with family, for my two kids they had a separate bed and sitting area. The room had microwave, plates and all amenities. Very happy with my stay. The staff was very friendly and they could communicate in English.

The best thing about this hotel is the bar, Drinx. Being near the mall (and not much else) and the ongoing construction were pretty inconvenient. The steak house and asian restaurant next door are pretty ok. Breakfast was mediocre.

Capri Hotel is conveniently located just a few mins away from the Skyline Plaza shopping centre and subway stop (Forum). The hotel rooms are spacious and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet has a nice food variety and everything is fresh. Lastly, we found the hotel staff to be very friendly and welcoming and look forward to staying there again next time we visit Frankfurt.

The tv wasnt working properly. It would have been a great stay if the tv was functioning properly. Front desk tried to get someone to look at it but it was always hanging or auto turned off after awhile of usage. Offered us to change room towards the end our stay but it was too much of a hassle to shift.

Our Dear Guest! We are verry sorry for the inconvenience you experienced with the TV. Unfortunately, there was a weak signal due to construction across the street during zour staz at our hotel. And in fact we could not influence it in any way. So far here is no problem anymore with TV, so we hope that during your nmext stay you will be 100 percent satisfied.

I was there for two nights. The first night was fine. The second night I killed three roaches in my room. I notified the front desk after killing the second one. When I checked out, i showed them two of the three dead bugs. I was told that the manager would be getting in touch with me. It had been three days and I have not been contacted by the hotel. I will not be staying there again and I will not recommend to anyone.

Overall the hotel is nice. My only gripe is that I stayed a whole week and initially you are given two water bottles and these are never replaced once you use them. Considering the amount being charged per night, you would think that they would replace the water bottles for you. Other hotels always do this.

Wonderful Hotel in the heart of Frankfurt
My family had a quick overnight at this hotel. It was wonderful! Spacious rooms in what seems to be a new hotel. It was immaculate. Convient location for shopping and the train. Good restaurants nearby and hotel breakfast was better than most I've had while in Germany. If I return to Frankfurt again, will definitely come back to this hotel.

The room was spacious and perfect for our family of 4. They even set up the sofa bed for us with all the bedding and pillows set up. I was such a pleasant surprise. We were relieved everything was all set up for us upon arrival, as we had a long travel day. As other guests have mentioned, the room was quite warm and we were unable to get it to adjust cooler. The hotel is about 1.5 miles from city center and we would take an Uber into the city which cost approx 10€. It was worth it for the 4 of us. We were also able to get an Uber to the airport at 3am was about 30€. The hotel is close by a few restaurants. One was an Asian fusion that served tasty ramen only about 13€. There’s also the skyline mall which is about 1 block away. Had several stores. Also a food court with more than a dozen food options, from Asian, to Persian, bakeries, Indian, subway, etc. Starbucks also inside. I would definitely consider staying there again for the price and convenience.

I was informed by email that the hotel needed to be evacuated few minutes before I got on to a 13 hour flight arriving in Frankfurt at 0650 in the morning. Capri arranged to another hotel nearby but I had a purpose to have seleted Capri due to my group travelling together staying at the hotel right next door. Now I was relocated 10-15 mins away which created the inconvenience. I was told that I am free to locate a hotel myself too but I had only a few minutes before my flight which made it impossible. From what I saw from the photos of Capri, the hotel which I was transferred to was not the same grade which I didn't get any service during the 3 nights I stayed. I will not depend on Capri in my future travels.

Great apartment! Really nice staff and good breakfast. An area that is being developed so a lot of construction and noise. Skyline Plaza a very short walk away and access to public transport.

No Air conditioning. There is an analog temperature controller in the room, but it adds no value. We had 2 Executive Studios booked and both rooms were extremely hot and unbearable. On raising the issue with the front desk staff, we were given room changes, but the problem persisted. None of us could sleep due to the lack of air conditioning. Extremely bad and disappointing experience.

The hotel is located in business district a little far to city centre. There's a metro station near and the styline plaza for shopping next door. Breakfast was excellent and staff very good and helpful. I will recommend this clean and spacious hotel in frankfurt
