Love his hotel. Perfect for a nice relaxing visit to Frankenmuth. Parking is a plus! Both the river view and city view are charming. Good evening welcome cocktail hour and good breakfast.

beautiful property we had the river view room with balcony amazing to see the sunrise. Bed very comfortable and overall very quiet. Awesome breakfast as well. Woukd definitely come back.

Nice location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and also had a nice time at the 5-7pm free drinks and snacks. I would recommend this place to everyone. We really had a great time. Thanks to everyone!

Such a nice little hotel with an interesting history! We loved the complimentary happy hour drinks and the breakfast was delicious! Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Our room had a beautiful view of the river! The daily Happy Hour between 5PM and 7PM was a pleasant surprise! 2 free drinks (wine choices or pilsner) and free snacks including cheeses, sausage, veggies and pretzels. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

We loved how spacious our room was; room 212 with front balcony; big counter in the bathroom, lots of reasonable space around the beds. The breakfast was perfect for our needs, the staff was pleasant, lobby warming and parking was great. For us the only thing that would of been a tiny bit better is a bigger fridge with a freezer in it. Also even though the pillows looked very white and spotless, very clean but some of them had a none-fresh scent. Other then that, we would definitely return to this hotel :)

Nice place. Great views of the river. Walkable distance to shops and restaurants. Underground parking is tight. Especially when driving a full size truck or equivalent.

This property is a short walk to the tourist shopping area. Parking is underground. Might be tight if you have a larger vehicle. The rooms on the river side offer a nice view and early day sun. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels. Housekeeping staff were quiet in the morning.Breakfast was plentiful @ "happy hour wine and beer were avail. As were veggies, pretzels, sausage and fruit. Property is next door to a local brewery. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend Merv Herzog for a pleasent stay.

We will never stay again. I don’t know if the people above us live here, but we could hear them all night! When I say all night, I mean all night. I could hear them talking, walking, pounding on things, opening doors. I was very excited to stay here, but I didn’t get ANY sleep at all. I’m so disappointed I spent the money I did to stay here. The beds are also not very comfortable. When someone moves while in the bed, the whole thing moves. Location is nice, but that’s about it. Very disappointed.

The only thing I would change is the use of washer and dryer for guests!! We stayed 3 nights and 3 days. We really needed to wash at least one load before we left. There is not a laundry close by. It’s in the next town. ☺️

We always stay here you guys have a great staff amazing breakfast and complimentary snacks and drinks our ice machine on floor two did not work the whole time we were there we told the front desk the first night and then again on the second we called they sent us to the 3rd floor not a complaint just a small inconvenience

I have stayed here 3 times now and it's been good every time. I wish it had a pool or something like some of the other places nearby do and it's outdated in decor but it does the job for a place to stay in Frankenmuth. It's pretty conveniently located as far as all the shops and restaurants go so if you have a few drinks you can easily just walk rather than drive. It has been clean every time I've been there and I haven't encountered any rude staff.

Attached garage was nice. Having a complimentary beer in the evening was a plus. The room needed blackout curtains and the furnace needed a humidifier. Cost was excessive. Especially this time of year.
