I enjoyed this location and woould stay again. The room was perfect, the rooftop pool excellent, the people at te front desk was great and there's a tour desk in the lobby was very helpful

Nice friendly hotel

Very good quality hotel . Very friendly staff . Clean . Nice swimming pool and bar . Breakfast very adequate . Not as m m as I’ve downside but maybe a few blocks from edge of town . Uber very cheap though . Falls and airport approx 30 mins away . Excellent value

Conforto e excelente atendimento.

Quarto Iguaçu é muito bom. Colchão, travesseiros e toalhas de boa qualidade. Uma banheira bem boa. Chuveiro ótimo. Único porém é que com um quarto e atendimento tão bons, a expectativa de um café da manhã ser muito bom era grande. Não que seja ruim, tem boa variedade de frutas, pães e bolo mas a qualidade dos insumos não é tão boa.

Eu e minha filha fomos muito bem atendidas desde a recepção, pelo Diego, muito atencioso, sempre nos ajudando com dicas e dúvidas, muito simpático, tanto como as camareiras, muito queridas... precisei de um auxílio e prontamente resolveram. Excelente custo/beneficio!

Hotel com ótimo custo/beneficio. Precisamos escolher um hotel para ficar apenas 1 diária por conta de um atraso no voo, e foi uma excelente escolha. Bem no centro, com padarias e restaurantes próximos, além da Rodoviária. Excelente café da manhã com várias opções, e espaço de auxílio ao hóspede com água mineral e utensílios (aquecedor, ferro de passar). O único ponto negativo é o check out às 11h, mas há uma tolerância de até 12h. E eles dispõem de depósito de malas p/que possa aguardar mesmo após esse período.
