"The property is run down the room smelled like cigarettes even tho they stated it’s a non smoking room towels was dirty bed spread had burn marks in them and also smelled really nasty would not recommend horrible experience"

"Bed bug bites, dirty used rag in the bathroom, stains on all the blankets and sheets, chipped paint in the unclean bathtub, and hair in the sheets and shower. I cleaned the countertops with a Lysol wipe and scraped off dried caked debris. "

"All was well with our room. Throughout the hotel very well kept and clean. Staff was helpful, friendly, and a joy to speak with. The only reason I gave three stars to the amenities was that the pool was out of order for our entire stay. It was something I was looking forward to for a simple evening relaxation. I would stay there again. Tina Gordon"

"The property was a good place to stay and in a great location. I felt safe and the room was always clean! The water pressure was pretty low, so it was difficult to shower. Overall, the bathroom was a bit run down. However, the front desk staff was absolutely amazing! There was a power outage on my day of checkout. She was so helpful in assisting me in getting my extremely heavy bags down three flights of stairs. I could not thank her enough! Without her help I would have not been able to do it on my own and would have been late for my first week of work. Thank you!!!"

"The staff was sooooooo nice from beginning to end. Breakfast was good. I wish there was a porridge or pre-made oatmeal available for my toddler otherwise we enjoyed the waffles. The hotel was clean, smelled good and was comfortable. Parking is super convenient and available"
