    Private heated swimming pool of 3.80 x 7.60 m.

    House located on a large wooded plot, shaded, not overlooked. Large terrace equipped with garden furniture, relaxation area, sunbathing, swings.

    Inside. 1 bedroom with bed 160 and dressing room, another bedroom with bed 140 and storage space and upstairs a dormitory-type mezzanine with 3 beds (2 bunk beds 90×190 and 1 single bed 90×190.)
    A fully equipped kitchen open to a large living room.
    A separate toilet, 1 bathroom with bathtub and shower.
    3 bicycles at your disposal to go to the large beach in about 5 minutes.
    You are 20 minutes from L A ROCHELLE and 30 minutes from the Ile de Ré.
    Pier in FOURAS-17 to go to the island of Aix.

    Weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday.
    Rest:
    From 19 to 26 July: 1780 Euros (possibility to arrive on Friday at a promotional rate + 120 Euros)
    From 16 to 23 August: 1980 Euros. (possibility to add 2 nights Saturday / Sunday. promotional rate + 320 Euros).
