« An sich war es sehr schön. Leider gab es in der Dusche nur selten warmes Wasser und wenn dann war der Wasserdruck im ganzen Haus schlagartig weg. Zudem war die angegeben mit alle Räume sind klimatisiert und es gibt WLAN falsch. Wir hatten für die Schlafzimmer Ventilatoren und es steckte ein Router im Wohnzimmer doch uns wurde kein Passwort gesagt. Die Aussicht war ein Traum. Der Pool war ganz ok. Leider musste man immer durchs Wasser gehen um zu den Liegen zu kommen. Das Wasser war sauber nur...

« Een fantastisch huis op een prachtige locatie. We werden heel fijn welkom geheten en na een korte rondleiding was duidelijk dat we ons hier prima konden vermaken. De woning was brandschoon en zeer compleet. Naast voldoende slaapkamers en sanitair is bijvoorbeeld ook de keuken voorzien van alles dat je nodig hebt. De tuin is aangelegd in meerdere verdiepingen met een prachtig uitzicht op het dal en omringende heuvels/bergen. Het bijbehorende zwembad ligt op zo’n verdieping.Parkeergelegenheid is...

"trés deçu cette fois ci car du laisser aller totale pour la propreté et lacceuil autrefois un hotel trés propre et la aucune bonne odeur des poils dans la salle de bain bref je n'irais plus et de surcroit trés chér un hotel qui ne mérite pas ce prix"

"Catastrophique du début jusqu’à la fin, nous sommes venu dans cet hôtel pour la piscine, en ces beaux jours où il fait 30degrees, le premier jour impossible de mettre un pied dans la piscine vu qu’elle était en maintenance. Oui car c’est tout à fait logique de faire la grosse maintenance de la piscine le week-end de Pentecôte. Le lendemain malheureusement même scénario on nous a promis de pouvoir accéder à la piscine vers midi, il s’avère que c’était pas possible car ils arrivaient pas à nettoyer la piscine au final à 15:00 non plus. On a dû faire 10km de voiture pour accéder à une piscine d’un autre hôtel enfin à ce niveau là j’aurais pris une nuit tout simplement dans une autre ville (Florence/Pisa/La Spezia). Je trouve qu’il manque beaucoup de sérieux pour ce genre d’établissement qui est en réalité très adapté aux conférences/seminaires mais en aucun cas pour un séjour détente. Je ne reviendrais plus jamais dans cette chaîne d’hôtel, je suis extrêmement déçu. Je préfère dans ce cas rester en France et faire un vrai hôtel capable d’offrir l’intégralité des activités proposées."

"Outstanding hotel! They thing about absolutely everything for the guests have a good stay. Well located, friendly staff, clean room, breakfast was perfect with quality items, we were received with a welcome drink. Love it! Whenever we came back to Lucca, we'll for sure stay there again! Thank you for the great time!!"
