I wouldnt take my kids here. The house was clean but the hot water in the shower took way too long to heat. The hot tub took over a day to hear up and it kept shutting down. Me and my friends stayed for a weekend while we were at a music festival and it was fantastic. It was like having a college roommate house again but way nicer! I love the open air quality of the house. You could open the kitchen doors or go out front on the front on the patio. The neighborhood looks sketchy but was not. We felt completely safe through the whole time. It would be nice to have more cooking utensils, plates, and cups other than that everything was great. Beware of the bathtub water will get scolding hot but isn’t that what’s best anyway? We would definitely book this house again for another festival. It was perfect ##### Christi W. Great BBQ, soul food and Jamaican restaurant in walking distance. We did not use all of the amenities available, but it was a great place for up to 6 people (3 couples) to share. Blue tooth speakers in bathroom light makes a bit of noise if you turn on the light in the middle of the night, but great for listening to podcast or music while getting ready.
