What initially started out as a great stay, quickly turned into a pain in the butt. Construction was taking place next door and I mean HEAVY construction for the last 3 days of our stay. It began at 7:30 AM….banging, sawing, hammering, nailing, everything you can imagine. My 7 month old was unable to nap which made for a pretty lousy 3 days. When I reached out to property management and told them, they took my number and never called me back. I had to email them to ask what the deal was and they basically offered an apology as an acceptable waste of 3 entire days worth of my money. Not only that but the master bedroom smelt so strongly of urine and they told us there wasn’t anything they could do. They just put some air fresheners inside the door for us to plug in and that’s all. Overall, a waste of my money and we won’t be back due to the extremely poor lack of customer service and the overall uncaring mentality of property management. ##### Amber T. The unit was very nice and clean. The balcony was amazing. Loved the pool on the roof with more amazing views. Kitchen has everything needed. A very good stay!! The only con was the unit’s WiFi was almost nonexistent from the living room and balcony. Towards the front of the unit, master bedroom and second bedroom area, it was a good strong signal. ##### Josh T. There was dust and finger prints on all the glass tables tops. Found a sock under the bench in the master bath. Makes you wonder if the floor got swept/mopped? Also, on the last night while packing up our belongings we found a huge cockroach under the kitchen sink.
