A real Gem on the Emerald Coast! This spacious one bedroom is truly steps from the Gulf of Mexico. Ground floor condo located directly on the beach. No elevator or stairs. Direct, private beach access makes getting back and forth from the beach a breeze. No planning your bathroom or lunch breaks because you are so close. Tiki Beach is a small. cozy complex with lots of privacy. Our guests will have a dedicated parking space with private keyless entry/exit into the condo. This condo has a fully stocked and updated kitchen, new flooring, stackable washer/dryer, new, extremely comfortable king bed, and a queen sleeper sofa. We’ve stayed on Okaloosa Island several times, but always with our kids. This time it was just the two of us and this was the perfect spot. Everything was clean and we had all that we needed. Lots of little touches such as beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella and a fully stocked kitchen made for a perfect stay. After reading other reviews, we brought a small tote we filled with water to rinse off our feet on the patio and it was perfect! Being so close to the beach meant less stuff to lug back and forth. The lack of view from inside was completely made up for by being literal steps away from the gorgeous beach. We will definitely be back! ##### Natalie U. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The condo was extremely clean - my wife was happy and she cleans upper upper class homes for a living. The Satterlees were very pleasant to deal with and made things very easy for us. Have stayed at many places on Fort Walton beach but this is probably my favorite. The only burr in my saddle was a neighbor's little dog that barked and howled a lot. Not the Satterlees fault for sure.
