This building has been newly remodeled for 2026! A real Gem on the Emerald Coast! This spacious one bedroom is truly steps from the Gulf of Mexico. Ground floor condo located directly on the beach. No elevator or stairs. Direct, private beach access makes getting back and forth from the beach a breeze. No planning your bathroom or lunch breaks because you are so close. Tiki Beach is a small. cozy complex with lots of privacy. Our guests will have a dedicated parking space with private keyless entry/exit into the condo. This condo has a fully stocked and updated kitchen, new flooring, stackable washer/dryer, new, extremely comfortable king bed, and a queen sleeper sofa. Cable and WiFi that allows for sign-in to streaming services. Walk out the back door and within 10 steps, your toes are in the sand! The condo decor makes you feel like you're at the beach at all times!

Wonderful place, wonderful hosts

We had a wonderful stay in Fort Walton. The accommodations were clean and the king bed was very comfortable. Communication up to and during our stay was excellent. The hosts were very responsive to our questions and offered recommendations. Great place, great hosts!

Always a fantastic stay

We always love staying at this condo and it makes our vacation so much better. It is always clean and has everything we need for our stay. The owners communicate promptly prior to checkin and available if any issues arise. The condo is beautiful and centrally located to lots fun activities. We will only ever stay here as it’s absolutely the best!

As always the condo was clean and ready for us. We always enjoy staying here. Easy walk to the beach and great location. The Satterlees have been responsive and great to rent from. To add to our enjoyment - the weather was perfect! We will be back.

We love this unit for more than just the proximity to the beach. Its always clean and has everything we need for our trip. The owners are awesome and always communicate swiftly if any issues arise and super kind. We will always stay here when we visit Okaloosa: its the best!

I love this property! My husband and I enjoyed a much needed weekend getaway. The owners invested in all the right places for their vacation home: walk right onto the beach, comfy furniture, updated kitchen, nice TV and bed! Couldn't be easier to park, walk right in and get settled. We also enjoyed Ft. Walton. We will definitely be staying here again!

Perfect Getaway

This is my second stay in this unit and we will definitely stay with Aaron & Jill again. I absolutely love being able to walk right out onto the beach at any time of the day or night. This is the perfect unit for a couple. The unit is exactly as described, it has everything you will need for a short stay at the beach.

Small slice of paradise

Great little stay steps away from the beach and many other amenities nearby. Included were dishwasher, washing/dryer machine and some laundry/bath supplies to get us through the weekend. My only suggestion to make this great place perfect would be to upgrade rear sliding door/screen and shore up some loose bricks on the rear patio. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Looking forward to staying again

This property was perfect for a beach getaway for my husband and I . I think I’m pretty picky about the places we stay and I don’t have one bad thing to say about this place ! Super clean , bed was comfy, furniture comfy , kitchen was well stocked for making meals if you choose yo do so, the view was amazing , very short walk to ocean. I had a couple questions upon arrival and was able to get a hold of Jill quickly. We will definitely be staying here again ! Thanks Jill for everything !

Exceptionally well appointed and right on the beach!

Jill was a great owner.Even though the view as in most ground floor units was limited. The ease and convenience of being on the first floor more than made up for it. No dragging up groceries and luggage upstairs. Going back and forth to the beach was super easy.

Tiki beach

We have stayed at tiki beach for about 8 or 9 times . Different units , all bottom floors ( I like walking straight on to the beach ) you can’t see the water much bc of the sand dunes . But that doesn’t bother me . I love tiki beach . It’s clean and has plenty of room for we need ! I would definitely recommend this unit.

Perfect!!!

Everything was as described in the listing. Beach access was as easy as it gets. Literally 6 steps and you hit the sand from the patio. Plenty of restaurants are close by but the kitchen has everything you need if you prefer to stay in and cook. Couldn’t have asked for more in a rental property!

Perfect spot for our anniversary trip!

We had a fantastic stay for our anniversary trip. We’ve stayed on Okaloosa Island several times, but always with our kids. This time it was just the two of us and this was the perfect spot. Everything was clean and we had all that we needed. Lots of little touches such as beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella and a fully stocked kitchen made for a perfect stay. After reading other reviews, we brought a small tote we filled with water to rinse off our feet on the patio and it was perfect! Being so close to the beach meant less stuff to lug back and forth. The lack of view from inside was completely made up for by being literal steps away from the gorgeous beach. We will definitely be back!

A most pleasant stay!

What can I say? My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The condo was extremely clean - my wife was happy and she cleans upper upper class homes for a living. The Satterlees were very pleasant to deal with and made things very easy for us. Have stayed at many places on Fort Walton beach but this is probably my favorite. The only burr in my saddle was a neighbor's little dog that barked and howled a lot. Not the Satterlees fault for sure. Still, was an enjoyable trip and the accomodations and location made it all the more so. We will be back.
