Overall this place delivered good value. The price was right, parking was super easy and the pool and hot tub were nice to have. They even gave us 4 drink tickets for the bar which was unexpected and appreciated. Room was clean, so no complaints there.
But here's the thing - our room had this weird smell. Like musty mixed with dog. And honestly, the whole hotel had a smell going on. Not overpowering, but definitely noticeable enough that you're aware of it.
For the price and amenities, it's not a bad deal. The drink tickets were a nice touch and everything else was pretty solid. We got a decent night sleep which was critical after day 3 of a 6-day roadtrip. But that smell situation really brings it down. If they could figure out whatever's causing that, this would be a much better experience.

While the rooms were clean, the structure shows signs of water leakage in the walls. It needs some major renovation. The ad on Expedia says registration is open till 11pm. I sent a mail thru Expedia twice indicating I was a late arrival, after 9:30pm. When we arrived door was locked! Bar was open and bartender found our keys and immediately shut down the bar. If we had arrived 10 minutes later we would not have had a place to sleep as it’s the only motel within 30 miles.
