I want to say that renting from the host was a very great experience. The home was the most comfortable homes I have ever rented, and she was the greatest host to work with. The home has very large comfortable living areas, lots of storage and garage and additional parking. It has a covered outside area with table and chairs and barbeque areas. There is a very large room behind the garage and off the family room that is very comfortable and relaxing area. The house in a corner lot and very large side and back yards and on a quiet cul-de-sac street and the neighborhood is very quiet and the neighbors are all very quiet also. There is a large Walmart, not far from the house and the house is close to 540 and I40 and just a few miles from downtown Ft. Smith. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a nice place to stay while in Ft Smith.
