« We requested adjoining rooms for my family. One room had dirty window sills and a stain on the bed skirt that looked like human fluid and the other room had what appeared to be blood and or body fluids on the boxspring cover and I killed a roach in the bathroom and took it to the desk. They did attempt to refund my stay but after processing I only received a refund for 1 room and a $25 credit one the second. I will not stay here again . SS from Ohio. »

« The first night I got in at 2:00a because my flight was delayed and there was no place to park. I finally took one of the three empty handicapped spots. The picture on this page is deceptive. Maybe 20 years old. That couch is dirty and sunken. The floors and stairs never get vacuumed or cleaned. The first room they checked me in to was not cleaned and it was disgustingly dirty with pubic hair all over the bathroom floor, a dirty toilet and shower and thick plaster dust all over the bathroom...
