"The drape in our room was broken. We were able to bring it down for the night to block out the light, but in the morning had no way of bringing it back up to let the daylight in. The ice machine on the third floor was not in use so I had to go to the first floor for ice. The potatoes at the complimentary breakfast were still hard, not cooked through. The staff was somewhat friendly so that made up for the property not being up to par. "

"Immediately got trapped in the broken elevator. Had to wait awhile for it to be fixed. They moved me to first floor room so I wouldn’t have to use stairs with all my luggage. Staff at Starbucks/ food counter non existent or rude. Was accused of asking for alcohol at 9 am when I tried to order a cold brew coffee. Was informed rudely that they don’t serve alcohol until 5pm- again- cold brew coffee - which is on the menu. I gave up trying to order from that person and never stopped to order again. But it was never staffed so. Bring your own food and beverages or plan on local restaurants. Room fridge is tiny- so also bring cooler. No ice on first floor- so bring ice. Otherwise clean and quiet. But I won’t stay there again. "
