I absolutely love this Port Charlotte hotel, more than any other Hampton Inn I've ever stayed at. We booked for 3 nights August 26-28 and I was sad to go! The beds and bedding are outstanding (would love to know what type of mattresses they have.) Cleanliness was top-notch. Beautiful, clean pool. Various great coffees/tea in the lobby 24-7 and a wonderful free breakfast with a large selection.
Most of all, we found the staff exceptional - so very friendly and helpful. My hat is off,...

Great place to stay the night before a flight. 11 minute Uber drive to Punta Gorda airport and you can walk to fast food for dinner. Comfortable beds, friendly staff.

Room was very comfortable. Surroundings were nice and open. Front door was often locked but side door was open. Inconvenient. Lots of shopping close by if you’re into antiques. Nice restaurants close by with limited hours.

Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast attendant ladies were amazing - brought food out to our table and were very chatty and lovely. I think their names were Brianna and Uni? Breakfast was terrific: biscuits, gravy, scrambled eggs, bacon sausages, hash browns, cinnamon buns, yogurt, fresh fruit (apples bananas), variety of juices, coffee, milk and almond milk. The pancake machine was the only thing that was iffy - very lightly cooked them so they were still doughy (we...

Great location in the heart of Fisherman’s Village. Beautiful and clean condo with everything you need. The balcony had a nice view. Very friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely stay here again

We were very pleasantly surprised by how clean and large this hotel resort was. There was plenty to do and there was a large amount of food options to choose from. The staff were very kind and helpful.
The only criticism we have would be that the restaurant we went to (Stretto) had extremely slow kitchen service. We were seated at 8:30pm and did not receive our meals until 10pm (there were only 3 of us). We realize it was Memorial Day weekend and thus a busier time, however, the hotel should...

Staff were very polite and helpful other than when promotional items were attempted to be redeemed.
Water stations were not available as stated.
