It was perfect for our family. The process was smooth and easy with the host. The house was clean and location was great. We always bring fishing poles when we come to the beach and lived our little canal outback. Especially the kiddos who caught a variety of fish while we were there. We felt extremely safe in the area and walked every day with no issues. There were plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. Excellent seafood restaurant on the water at Pinchers 4 miles north on McGregor. This was one of the best rentals my husband and I have ever stayed in. The house was well maintained and extreme clean. The location is not close to the beach but that wasn’t a priority for us. The neighborhood felt secure and safe. In fact, one morning my husband saw a dolphin in the canal, which was very cool! A neighbor told him that there were also manatees and otters that stop by and pay a visit. Michael, the property owner, was extremely gracious and took the time to check in with us to see if everything was to our satisfaction. Perfect for our Baseball weekend. We travel to Ft. Myers for several baseball tournaments a year. This house was a great place to stay for this long weekend. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe feeling. The location is great. Easy to run to the store when needed. The master bed was very comfortable! The place has a nice fully fenced backyard, kitchen equipped with all the essentials... pots and pans, mugs, plates and silverware. The property location was excellent! Close to everything, super convenient. Great location for boating and amazing snook fishing. The Public boat ramp is not far from the house. House was very clean and one of my favorite parts is that the bed was actually comfortable. Usually when we go on these outings the beds are like rockhard. ##### Tiffany S. Cute and clean, great amount of space. Michael was super responsive and kind, even after I made a mistake in my dates, he was quick to help out and get us taken care of.
