Beautiful hotel. Worst service. Told we could check in early, was called to say our room was ready when it wasn’t and didn’t check in until well after regular check in. Gate to exit garage was broken trapping many cars in the garage and we were told to call the City since they had jurisdiction over the parking garage. Call the City on a SATURDAY!! Not to mention the big Edison parade closed down all street around the hotel and left no access to the hotel other than by foot. The Luminary made no effort to create access to the hotel. They told us to park in a Pubkx parking lot a mile away. We walked 8 blocks to get to an Uber while our car sat stuck in the garage at $1/ hour all weekend. We had two rooms and paid a premium for them and we’ve never been so disappointed especially as Marriot Bonvoy members!

We were there last weekend. The hotel is new and very beautiful. But we had some inconveniences, first there are no people who speak Spanish so for tourists who do not speak English it will be a little difficult, second they charged our credit card by mistake, two charges and we are still waiting for the refund of one of the charges . I asked to change the room for one with a better view, they gave us the room but not only did it not have a better view but also, the cleaning was not the best. So for what you pay per night…we are somewhat disappointed. Maybe it was bad luck but keep an eye out for charges on your credit card. The area was convenient, you could walk to different areas, maybe a little noisy since there are several bars around.

Go to hotel in ft meyers area
Always a great experience. Everyone is always so helpful and nice. My go to hotel when I stay in ft meyers. Bar is great upstairs as well as lobby, plenty of options for shopping and dining within walking distance. Great coffee shop in lobby.

Lovely hotel with great location and views. Rooms are clean and comfortable with room darkening shades. There are an abundance of restaurants within the hotel and walking distance. Views of the harbor from the rooftop bar are stunning. I would stay here again. My one complaint is room service which is posted as available at 7AM. I ordered coffee and yogurt the night before for 7:00AM delivery via a phone call to the front desk. The next morning I called the front desk at 7:15AM to inquire and was told the kitchen does not open until 7AM and it would be a thirty to forty minute wait. I cancelled my order as I had had a meeting to attend. When I checked out I mentioned this and again was told the kitchen opens at 7AM and it takes 30 to 40 minutes even though I ordered the night before. Staff could not understand the customer perspective on this. Also staff does not answer the phone but I was told that they always do. Staff needs to be trained on customer service......

Very nice, however the full day we were there the pool was closed the entire day. Was very disappointed because a main factor in picking this hotel for me was the pool. I feel like I didn’t get my moneys worth!
