It was very clean inside and they've done some upgrading but the outside needs some work. There were things like tires and junk stacked up against a very green fence that needs powerwashed. Wouldn't have been a problem except that i was traveling with a dog so i had to go out there. The listing also offered a hot tub but there isn't one. The neighborhood looks a little run down ( normal for an older FL neighborhood with no HOA)but the inside of the property was nice and very clean.
