This bright and cozy coastal style home has everything you will need for a fun filled vacation! Featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, the split layout provides privacy between the master suite and 2 guest rooms. The home will easily accommodate families, couples or singles traveling together.

A huge bonus to this home is the enclosed sunroom just off the lanai with large TV and 2 seating areas. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master suite features a king bed, TV, large closet and bathroom. The 2 guest rooms, located on the opposite side of the home from the master, have a queen bed in one and two twin beds in the other with a bathroom in between them. There are TVs in each room. There is also the opportunity to sleep 2 more people on a queen sleep sofa in the living room.

This is truly a home, not just a vacation rental, furnished with every amenity needed for a relaxing vacation: linens, towels, beach towels, laundry soap, bath soap, dish detergent, bikes, kayaks, fishing poles, cooler, gas grill, etc, etc, this is a home away from home--just bring your swimsuit!

While there is plenty to do right at this vacation home, once you venture out of the neighborhood, you are close to many beaches, a waterpark, shopping and restaurants. The Ford Edison Estate and Historical Museum is a must. For baseball fans, the winter training camps of the Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins are just 20 minutes away. The Disney parks are about 3 hours away. For boaters, the home is just 5 minutes from the open water of the Calusahatchee River, leading to the Gulf of Mexico.
