Stay noisy during the morning afternoon. Asked several times while on work calls but completely ignored. Noisy patrons yelling all night. Staff not present to assist or get a different room. The most Terry could offer was to call the room which the patrons ignored. Marijuana scent lingered the hallway.

Check in at a kiosk with a remote staff person and no receptionist present. Not sure the hotel is staffed at all at night which presents safety concerns and poor service. Hotel unwilling to accommodate an hour later check out despite clearly not being fully booked. Hotel smelled of mildew and Lysol, needs a paint job and maintenance.

Dated broken chair, thresholds not glued down things like that. Because of a storm we wanted to change our dates one day forward they wanted $90. To make the change. Beds sagging in the middle, no maid service. I’m thinking they are off my Christmas list.

This place is not as pictured and you had to talk to a remote person the whole time. I chose the hotel only because it looked decent, and said it had a shuttle! I never would have booked it without this, because it was more expensive than the other hotel I looked at. We got in at 1am and had to pay 50$ to get to the hotel. Also, cancellations aren’t allowed! It was so gross, itching all night, and I think we have bed bugs. Hair on the sheets. Shower didn’t drain down and it was just gross. We didn’t even want to check out the pool after this!

The customer service was very unfriendly. The hotel room was rundown and the floor was extremely dirty. The sofa and refrigerator looked like it came out of the dumpster. There wasn’t any shampoo and the soap smelled like car oil. They only gave us two small, thin scratchy towels to use. And talk about a bed that was extremely hard and uncomfortable. I have stayed in Best Westerns many times and I would swear that they were not one because of how unclean the room was.

I was not comfortable checking in on a kiosk. I did not feel safe with people lingering around inside and outside the building and not seeing any staff on premises upon checking in at 9pm. The room was noisy until late at night with other people staying there. I unplugged the humidifier in the middle of the night due to the beeping noise it was making.

Room was dirty, smelling like mold, humidifier in room, bathroom was dirty, rust stains on wall in shower, not a good experience at all, very disappointed on stayed, I stayed at this chain of hotels and I’m a gold member and from now on I will be thinking twice before I book into Best Western

I was charged twice for a 1day stay. The hotel was listed as close to the airport which is why I selected it. It was a $26.00 dollar cab ride to the hotel with no service to the airport.

Video checkin impersonal. They used a deodorizer that was overwhelming and triggered my wife’s asthma. Sheets and towels were old and worn. Bed was uncomfortable.

My room was nice and quiet even though I was next to the elevator. Must’ve been recently painted but the job was messy in my room. Could’ve used a light in the kitchenette area. Front desk people were friendly but it was difficult to understand them due to their strong accent. They were patient with repeating instructions for me.
