Welcome to Lucky Sun Retreat, your unique place in paradise! This property is located north-island with the beach access just steps from Times Square!. A quiet relaxing location for that desired getaway, yet just a short walk along the beach is a kiosk for jet-ski rentals, parasailing rides, and even dolphin tours along a 7-mile stretch of white, sugary sand beach. Super convenient to the restaurants near the north bridge. Steps to Times Square, with all of its restaurants, clubs, and night life. The property has a fantastic porch with ambient evening lighting that leads to the property entrance. The nicely furnished living area has comfy sofa, and TV's with YouTubeTV. Deck dining area finds a table seating 8, and a fully equipped kitchen. Everything is available that you would need to cook daily multi-course dinners, or simply make a pot of coffee in the morning. This great property sleeps a total of 12 beach goers! There are four beautifully decorated bedrooms. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a King bed, closet, and plenty of dresser space and an ensuite bathroom! The second bedroom has two Twin beds that can be pushed together to make a King and plenty of space! A full bath and half bath complement the upstairs living area. along with a Queen sleep sofa in the living room. Downstairs has a bedroom with a Queen and another bedroom with two Twin beds. It features a beautiful new bathroom with spacious shower and a kitchenette for lower level convenience. An additional Queen sleep sofa in the living room allows sleeping for 6 in the lower level. The unit has a private washer and dryer. There's a propane grill that is shared. All lower levels have evening ambient lighting and privacy lattice work surrounds this area. You'll also find parking space accommodating 2 vehicles. There are many restaurants and shops a short drive north across the bridge towards south Fort Myers. The same is true if you drive south towards Bonita Beach. Water activities abound with fishing charters, scuba and snorkel adventures, jet ski rentals, para-sailing, etc. Fort Myers, Bonita Springs and Naples are all modern cities with plenty of shopping, dining and sightseeing to experience. The South West International Airport in Fort Myers is close by for convenience as well. Please note: All reservation bookings made before 1/15/26 will not have access to the lower level regardless of dates of stay.
