This upscale four-bedroom home is a short walk to the beach and is perfect for your next vacation. A large open sun deck with plenty of patio furniture welcomes guests upon arrival, making it the perfect spot for your morning coffee. The open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas all have with vaulted ceilings. There is beautiful wood flooring throughout. The kitchen is an absolute chef's delight with quartz counter space and cabinets fully stocked. There is an island with cabinets and drawers on the kitchen side. Appliances are all stainless-steel and include a dishwasher, a 6-burner commercial style gas stove with grill and two ovens, double door refrigerator/freezer and built-in under-counter microwave oven. Just behind is the washer and dryer and a door that goes out and down a spiral staircase to the pool and patio area. From the kitchen the adjacent dining area has a table seating six with built-in buffet countertops. This flows nicely into the living area with an L-shaped sofa with large wall-mounted flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a king bed with en suite bathroom has a single-piece vanity, corner walk-in shower, jetted tub with window overlooking the pool and patio below. The first guest bedroom has a single day bed with pull-out trundle, large flat screen TV. The adjacent is a half-bath. On the opposite side of the home the second guest bedroom has a full-size day bed and wall-mounted large flat screen TV. The third guest bedroom on this floor has 2 queen-size beds and a wall-mounted large flat screen TV. The adjacent guest bathroom with walk-in shower with sliding glass doors. Four nice bedrooms- one has two queen beds and the master has a king. Two of the rooms have day beds. All the rooms have TVs. Backyard pool is nice- however needs a privacy fence because it backs up to a few sketchy looking houses. Big washer and dryer available. The kitchen was perfect- all of the professional grade appliances were wonderful, especially the refrigerator size! There were an abundance of bath and beach towels. The walk to the beach with public access was very easy and short. We also walked to breakfast and coffee on several mornings. Communication with property management company was easy and they provided lots of information leading up to the trip. It was a beautiful, newly remodeled 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home very close to the beach. All rooms had large screen TVs. With 5 women we wished there were mirrors in each bedroom. 😉 The house had sufficient kitchen utensils, dishes, pans, etc. The refrigerator was extremely large but the ice maker never worked. Not a problem buying ice because the freezer had lots of storage room! The pool in the backyard was nice. Shelling on the beach was great! Publix Grocery store only 1 mile away. Sun Palace management was very prompt in answering questions before our stay and when the BBQ grill had no propane they had it filled by mid morning. Great service!!
