The Reef at Seaside Retreat, your unique place in paradise, is a beautifully renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bath, first floor apartment located mid island in a tranquil neighborhood. Two blocks to the beach with easy beach access points. Relax in comfort on the front porch sipping your favorite drink while the sunsets stream light through the palms. Hotel style linens and towels help you rest well for a full day of sun and fun! This property is located mid-island with the beach access just steps across Estero Boulevard. The white sugar sand beaches are the cleanest on the island. A quiet relaxing location for that desired getaway, yet just a short walk along the beach is a kiosk for jet-ski rentals, parasailing rides, and even dolphin tours along a 7-mile stretch of white, sugary sand beach. Super convenient to the supermarket and an upscale bistro on the bay. Trolley service along the boulevard is available to transport you to Times Square, with all of its restaurants, clubs, and night life. The property has a fantastic lanai porch with ambient evening lighting that leads to the property entrance. The nicely furnished living area has comfy sofa, TV with Roku and YouTubeTV. Dining area finds a table seating 4, and a fully equipped kitchen. Everything is available that you would need to cook daily multi-course dinners, or simply make a pot of coffee in the morning. There are two beautifully decorated bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, closet, and plenty of dresser space. The second bedroom has twin beds that can be pushed together to create a King. The bathroom are tandem with a shower, toilet and sink in one room and a toilet and sink in the other. The property has a common area with a washer and dryer and a propane grill. You'll also find parking space accommodating 2 vehicles. There are many restaurants and shops a short drive north across the bridge towards south Fort Myers. The same is true if you drive south towards Bonita Beach. Water activities abound with fishing charters, scuba and snorkel adventures, jet ski rentals, para-sailing, etc. Fort Myers, Bonita Springs and Naples are all modern cities with plenty of shopping, dining and sight seeing to experience. The South West International Airport in Fort Myers is close by for convenience as well. For our guests with allergies, this property is non-smoking. Dog friendly restrictions and fees apply. Dogs are permitted up to 25 lbs and non-aggressive breeds only with pet fee paid in advance. Limit of two. Fee is $20 per night per dog. The beach was only three minutes away by walking and not seven. And exceeded my expectations. There was no AC Vent in the master bedroom. Temps were near 90degrees. Kitchen chairs were falling apart, kids bed collapsed the first time my granddaughter sat on it. Vinyl siding was missing in several spots. Front stair was coming apart. Blinds were broken and tore apart. Kitchen cabinet would not open due to improper installation. About 2 weeks before my stay, was told the unit above wasn’t ready so was downsized to a 1 bedroom 1 bath unit without any discounted price. Kitchen was very small. Shower only with lukewarm water. The comforter had dog hair from last visit. Best thing about the stay was location, about four minute walk to the beach. It says 2 bathrooms but it’s 1 1/2 and they are not separate. You have to go through the 1/2 bath to get to the full bath. I like a really hot shower and with the hot water fully on, the water is warm. The ceiling fan in the living room can only be on if the lights are on too which isn’t nice especially if you want to watch TV at night.
