This condo does not directly face any other condo, so it is extremely private. Wake up to view the sunrise from your bed. This beautiful condo is located on the 9th floor. . This sparkling condo has been updated and refurnished. It is light, refreshing, and bright with its magnificent views of Bay, Gulf and Fort Myers Beach, give you so much more to look at. You'll feel refreshed and renewed after your visit. A free Wi-Fi is included in the unit. There is a king-size bed with a queen sleeper sofa for a third or fourth guest. A divider wall pulls out for privacy. It has all you need for an enjoyable vacation. Directly across the street is Santini Marina Plaza, at which there are a number of stores, that are under renovation due to the Hurricane and will be opening soon. CVS pharmacy & 7-Eleven is open at this time. Public grocery store is open about 2 miles to the north. Restaurant called Junkanoo and Fresh Catch Bistro are behind Public on the back bay.. There other restaurants on the North end of the Island, Yucatan, Nervous Nellie, Wahoo Willie, Snug Harbor. There is a trolley which stops near our complex that takes you to the south about 2 miles to Lover's key State Park. Great place to visit. They have amazing wildlife along with hiking, kayaking, canoeing, bike riding. Or go to the north to Time Square., so come on down and experience it for yourself. The fare is 50 cents. The complex grounds are private and beautifully maintained with open lounge areas by the pool and the property. There is a nice grassy area also for children to play and barbecue available for cooking! WEEKLY MINIMUM rental from Saturday to Saturday during peak season, ( Dec to April) Absolutely no smoking or vaping. The property itself is in a quiet location on Ft. Myers Beach away from the crowds. Very easy to use the trolley to get around, no car needed! Several restaurants across the street with good food and drink. Beach location is close to the property, just a short walk to get up the beach to umbrellas / jet ski rental. Would definitely stay here again. Laundry facilities on site are easy to use, no need to pack excessively. Pool area is nice, clean well kept. Owner was very responsive to our questions as well. The condo itself was clean but a bit dated...furniture was showing wear, bath towels were getting a bit thin, etc. But it was clean and guests were required to wear masks in common areas so there were some COVID protections. As far as location - if you want a quiet area, away from Times Square (where there is more night life & younger crowd) this condo is for you. Times Square is too far to walk from this condo - about 5-6 miles so you have to drive or take the trolley to get there. Property has beach area just adjacent to property - no crossing the street which is great! Also, there is a strip mall across the street w/ a few shops and a nice variety of restaurants. Condo itself does not overlook the ocean but rather the housing and business area across the street with the bay in the distance. ##### Ronette S.
